This Gulf front condominium is located in Compass Point I, part of a private, gated community of Watersound Beach. Overlooking pristine white beaches and emerald waters, this unit has the view, space and modern amenities to make your vacation perfect.
Professionally designed and decorated, it features a spectacular great room with an almost 270 degree view of the Gulf and beaches. Two balconies provide outdoor dining / seating space and additional views of the water and sugar white dunes.
Modern eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All china, glassware, cookware and utensils provided. A convenient work space with desk adjacent to kitchen and living area.
Every bedroom has a view of the beach. The spacious Master bedroom with King bed and walk in closet has a spectacular bathroom with large Jacuzzi tub, separate shower and his/her sinks.
The middle bedroom is perfect for children or another couple. It has a Queen bed, double closet, full bath and comfortable sitting area overlooking the beach.
The third bedroom is great for kids offering double bunk beds, ample closet space, and a full bath with bath with both tub and shower.
All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with DVD players.
Easy access to two swimming pools is just a few steps away. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are available. Other amenities include the Dunesider grill (adjacent to swimming pool), biking, a yacht pond, puttering green, and state of the art fitness center. Garage parking and elevator access.

My family and I spent 4 nights here in late April 2013. It was just what we needed - quiet, relaxed, lazy and rejuvenating. I really can't boast enough about the neighborhood the property is in. It's extremely private, quiet and beautiful. Every private home in the development is wonderfully constructed, and the building our condo was in, equally so. The pool was just steps from the condo, and was perfect in temperature, depth and size. My daughter loved spending time in it. The unique beach was also a great part of our trip. The views from the property are spectacular. They are just feet away from the natural, snow-white sand dunes that are covered in native coastal vegetation. And you are able to see the water easily from the living room, and all bedrooms. The large bay windows in the living area, as seen in the pictures, do not disappoint. My wife and I spent hours just sitting on the couch looking at at the dunes / water. The condo itself was in exceptional condition. Very clean when we arrived, and it had every amenity we needed. We cooked all our meals but one in the condo, and even used the condo building's outdoor grill - which was very nice and cooked our skirt steaks perfectly. The quietness and seclusiveness of this condo, and the development it is in will have us coming back here a lot in the future, I imagine. I've been to many of the West coast and East coast beaches, as well as lower Florida, and I think this beach tops them all.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family just spent an amazing week as guests of Compass Point Unit 307. The unit was very tastefully decorated with high-end touches, but it was also very comfortable for my young children.The panoramic views in the den were absolutely incredible, and everyone in my family was thrilled that each bedroom offered views of the ocean and the spectacular dunes at Watersound! In addition to the beach and pool, we enjoyed exploring Watersound on bikes and even did a little fishing. As far as nearby attractions, the Dunesider Grill was great for lunch or snacks while at the pool and was just steps away from the unit. My family also enjoyed a visit to the "Donut Truck" which is a short drive away in Alys Beach (less than 10 minutes). My kids enjoyed an afternoon trip to Panama City (a short drive away) to visit the Miracle Strip and ride go-karts. Ages in our group ranged from 3 to 64, and we all had a wonderful vacation. I would definitely recommend this property to friends or relatives, and I hope that my family has the opportunity to vacation here again in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
