This first floor unit offers easy access from the parking area just outside the door. No elevators and no stairs to climb. The poolside patio offers easy access to the pool or a great view if you prefer your own space. This also allows for quick beach access if you prefer the sand and ocean.
The rental of this unit includes a two person beach chair and umbrella. Our first class beach service will assist you in using this amenity. Jet ski, banana boat rides and parasail rides are available close by for rent.

We have stayed in this unit many times over the past several years. Never once have we been dissapointed. The condo is always clean, comfortable and in a very good location. Access to the pool is great, Step out the patio door and you are there. If you are considering staying in P.C. You wont be dissapointed.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Eddie, my wife and I just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed our vacation in your unit last week. Everything was so neat and clean. The furnishings and appliances appear to be all new. The kitchen is well stocked. And we loved the patio next to the pool. We'll definitely call on you again.

Our family had a wonderful stay!! I was very impressed with the unit. It was perfect in every way...I loved how close to the pool it was. My 2 girls go in and out and I could see the door and feel safe. Very family oriented complex. We met alot of super nice people...share the grills...went putt putting together..just a great trip.

My family was looking for a unit in pc that has no stairs and right at the pool since we have a 10 and 12 year old girls. We love the unit/complex ..the unit has everything we could possibly need or want and then some. Very clean very organized...the complex is very family oriented and we feel very safe. We will stay here again...Owner called me the week before we left and the only thing we needed was an extra parking pass as my husband could not come down for the whole week and he needed a pass for his vehicle....came in the mail in 2 days...great follow up...
