This gorgeous Kingston Plantation - Brighton Tower oceanfront condo was recently described by several Brighton employees as "one of the most beautiful units in Brighton Tower". It has a fabulous expansive southern view of the Atlantic Ocean from a 'bird's-eye' elevation and an open, sun-filled floor plan. In its 2nd rental season (2008 was a whopping success!) and only eight years old, this beautifully appointed Condo has plenty of mirrored walls with direct 16th-floor direct ocean views! Enjoy fluorescent red sunsets from the large direct ocean-view balcony bar with seating for 6 or from the indoor ocean-view bistro table or bar.
The interior has exciting features including crown moldings in the living and dining room areas, as well as contemporary ceiling fans throughout. The large kitchen has exquisite granite countertops, white kitchen cabinets with all major appliances including a ceramic cook top stove, all utensils and cookware, refrigerator with icemaker, and ceramic floor tile. The bathrooms and foyer have magnificent travertine marble floors and vanity counter tops. The dining room area comfortably seats 6 people for family and/or guests. The Master bedroom and guest bedroom both have direct ocean views. The large master suites offer his and her closets. The master bath has a jetted whirlpool tub and separate shower stall. Unlike many beach rentals, this unit comes fully stocked with all fresh bed and bath linens, coffee and sweeteners/creamer, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and toiletries (shampoo, lotion & hair dryers). It has a full-size washer and dryer, iron & board for your use and convenience. Room service from Omaha Steak House or Fish Eye restaurants are available next door.
Brighton Tower is one of Kingston Plantation’s newest luxury high-rises. This 21-story building offers the largest banquet and convention facilities in Kingston Plantation. Gorgeous vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and Kingston's one half mile of white sandy beach can be viewed from this unit and the 1st floor banquet facilities. The entry level has an ice machine, offers vending snacks and drinks, and a variety of news media. The building offers indoor temperature-controlled access hallways to all units without exposure to outdoor weather.
