This was a great loft in wonderful eclectic downtown asheville. The location was perfect - French Broad Chocolates around the corner, NC Stage Company across the street, Jack of Wood Pub two blocks, everyting walkable, everything charming. The loft was very comfortable, both beds, all pillows, all towels and linens top notch. All nice equip in the kitchen, all utensils, great washer dryer. Wonderfull decor. nice TV and stereo. Nice furniture. Great view of charming asheville. Elevator access. So nice decorated. We loved it. Cieling fans in all rooms too!

Great place to stay if you are looking to be in the middle of the funky vibe of downtown asheville. Within easy walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Flat is perfect for two couples or a family of four. Very well appointed and confortable. Decorated extremely nice, by the artist owner. It appears the kitchen has everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal, but who would want to with all the fantastic restaurants in the immediate area? I would highly recommend this rental and location. When I return to Asheville, which couldn't be soon enough, I will put this place at the top of my list on where to lay my head at the end of the day.

How perfect to wake up with a cup of coffee, sit at the little cafe table by the window in this delightful condo and observe Asheville dawing! It was easy to plan the day's events from multiple options both within walking distance and beyond. One delicious restaurant after another made dining out each evening an experience to be savored in more ways than one. Our week seemed to evaporate in this great condo, with its great amenities, great venues, great restaurants, great weather and great people ... needless to say, a great time was had by all!

We stayed in your loft just last weekend and found it to be a wonderful treat. The accomodations themselves were great, but the location is spectacular - we never got in the car all weekend! We will absolutely recommend this to friends and stay there whenever we are in town. Thanks so much!

This loft is in a perfect location for exploring the downtown area of Asheville. Many restaurants, art galleries, parks, shops and historic buildings are in easy walking distance. The loft itself is wonderful -- you feel like you are staying at a friend's house rather than a rental. There are many nice touches throughout. Very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this loft for an Asheville visit!

I was pleasantly surprise on the convenience of the condo on College street. I immediately felt at home with the furnishings and the amenties that this home offered. Loved the place & location..Definitely ecommend to everyone. We ate at a great restaurant downstairs, and was able to relax in the condo before we walked downstairs. How cool is that!! The Lobster Trap. We also had dinner at the French Bistro, also great. Lunch was the Bier garten, delicious sandwiches and beer of course. Breakfast was at the mediterranean, good omelettes.,also a good breakfast restaurant starting with a M on College?? Walk to everywhere, park your car and go. Will be back soon. Teri and Scott

Clean, convenient, comfortable. In the heart of downtown Asheville walk to shops and restaurants. The only bad thing is that the loft is so nice you almost just want to sit around and talk with friends. This is the only place we will stay on our trips to Asheville

Thank you Eli, We had a fabulous time. The loft is perfectly located...we walked everywhere. Your loft was beautifully decorated, very clean and well appointed. We felt very comfortable. The Lobster Trap downstairs quickly became our favorite eatery and we loved the vast array of beautiful arts in Ashville. As a bonus we accidentally got our Holiday shopping done very early. We will definately recommend the loft as the only place to stay during a visit to Ashville.

My husband and I visit Asheville several times a year, and enjoy spending most of our time downtown, shopping, visiting art galleries, and eating at the wide array of delicious restaurants. We usually stay in cabins outside of town, but last year we decided to try staying downtown. We found this wonderful downtown loft online, and it turned out to be one of the best trips to Asheville we've had. Not only is the loft conveniently located right downtown, walking distance to everything, but it is beautiful. The decor is artistic and contemporary, the high ceilings make the loft seem huge, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the loft was very clean and well-maintained. We will definitely be return visitors!

This is a great place in Asheville. It has a great location and convenient entrances on two streets. The master bedroom is sound proofed and darkened well and easy to sleep in after a long night in Asheville. The kitchen is well appointed if you decide to cook too. Definitely a winner. Thanks Eli

I Loved this place in Downtown Asheville. Great location. Outfitted with luxury furniture and kitchen items if you decide to cook. The master bedroom was very soundproofed. We were worried because we were there during Belle Cher that there would be alot of noise, but nothing. We slept great and late because the MBR is darkened. Everything is updated and beautiful in the unit and it has fabulous access to 2 streets in downtown Asheville. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

My husband, myself, and our college sophomore and senior took our Spring Break in the Asheville/Biiltmore area this year (3/2010). We stayed in the mountains first to enjoy the nature of the area - we are from flat Indiana! Then moved on to experience the city in Eli's loft in Asheville. It was a perfect way to experience the whole area. The loft was absolutely drop dead gorgeous, clean, functional - everything the photos and comments indicated and way more. Our kids loved the convenience (as did we). We just parked the car for the entire time and walked anywhere we wanted to go. The shopping was great, the Lobster Trap fantastic, and we would HIGHLY recommend the loft to anyone - YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Fantastic location, right downtown within walking distance of everything. Very classy decor and absolutely spotless as far as cleanliness goes. Very nice place to relax in and play Scrabble (which is conveniently provided). The Lobster Trap is down a floor, which is great. Table is across the street (which is great). Early Girl Eatery is up the hill and around the corner. Our stay was outstanding and I would highly recommend it.

There is a great feel to this place. I surprised my girlfriend with this place and she was very impressed. So much, in fact, that she said YES! When I asked her to marry me! We took your suggestion and had a great dinner in the loft, supplied by the Lobster Trap. Great place. Great location. We hope to make this a yearly trip to come back to this loft and re-live our great engagement weekend!

Eli, My stay at the Loft was truly the highlight of my visit to Asheville. I have been many places and stayed in some of the most incredible hotels in the world. Your attention to the details and appointments were on the level of a 5 Star resort. The artwork you've chosen were as if you knew my tastes. I'm looking forward to a return trip and I will contact you to rebook the loft. My companion had baked a Chocolate Pecan Pie and we brought it downstairs to the resturant and shared it with the folks and staff at the bar. Very enjoyable and again many thanks.. SP.
