  Spent Labor Day Weekend. Easy walk to the track and downtown. It was nice to be able to park at the house and avoid track and downtown parking issues. Close to the fantastic Saturday Farmer Market. Very comfortable for our party of eight. I would recommend this property without reservation.

  Our group was in Saratoga for a wedding this past weekend, Sept 7th - 9th. We were lucky enough to find this beautiful home and it exceeded all of our expectations. The home is absolutely gorgeous, the location is convenient to everything and the owner was a pleasure to deal with! We had an amazing weekend and we are already looking forward to the possibility of returning again sometime in the near future. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for an experience that is nothing short of top notch!!!

  The beautiful home made our birthday celebration perfect. It was spotless and better than the pictures depict. The kitchen was well equipped and we served a birthday dinner for 14 with ease. The location is excellent for the race track and downtown Saratoga. Joanne was very accomodating and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with discerning taste and high standards. It exceeded my expectations. Everything about the house was excellent. It is comfortable, luxurious and well appointed. The appliances, bathrooms, and general comfort of the home made it a perfect vacation spot for our family.

  A small group of friends and I rented the amazing house at 139 Circular for our 5 year college reunion. It was recommended to us by friends who had stayed there the year before for their college reunion. We could not have asked for a better house. It was absolutely gorgeous, had plenty of room and all the amenities we could possibly need. The boys loved playing basketball in the driveway. If the weather had been nicer we would have spent much more time in the outdoor area, instead we spent most of our time on the covered porch. We also couldn't have asked for a better location, the 5 minute walk into town was perfect! Joanne (the Owner) was so nice and very helpful during all our email correspondence. She answered every question I had in a very timely manner. I did not see this listing prior to renting the house but I can say that this listing is very accurate. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially groups of friends or families! We definitely plan on getting our group together and staying there again sometime in the future. Staying in the house made our reunion weekend so much more fun and relaxing. Thank you Joanne soooo much!!!

  Great house! Plenty of space for a large group. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. There is a lot to do in this area of town and the house is in a perfect location. Highly recommended during any time of the year, even during the off season.

  Great location, spacious house with fully modernized/well stocked facilites in a beautiful Victorian home. We rented in the winter for a family reunion with folks congregating from Boston, NYC, New Jersey and western NY. Plenty of driveway parking for six large vehicles. Saratoga was a good central location for all and the town is great fun (even in February). The house is perfectly situated for walking to restaurants and downtown shopping. The kitchen/living room formed an ideal gathering space for our group of 14 - just right to mingle and catch up with everyone. The four bedrooms plus sleeping porch and Nanny quarters gave us just enough sleeping space. The owner was a pleasure to work with and we would go back in a heartbeat.

  My daughter got married at the Canfield Casino in Saratoga October 2011 and I rented this beautiful house in downtown Saratoga. Perfect location and plenty of space. Each of the 4 bedrooms had their own bathrooms and the house was spacious enough to have a pre wedding party. Great patio for entertaining too. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was very accommodating. We received so many compliments from our guest about the house. I have already recommended this house to others that are looking into wedding weekends/family reunions in Saratoga. Plenty of activities to do downtown for guests. The place was clean and beautifully decorated.

  A group of 10, we rented this home for a long weekend. It was exactly as portrayed online. A couple of quick blocks to Broadway and a nice 10-15 minute walk to the track.The owner was great, the house was immaculate, nice big kitchen, a great porch, the bedrooms were all good size and had their own bathrooms. Plenty of room for a big group. We already put in our request for next year!

  Just spent this past weekend renting this house with myself and 13 other friends for a bachelor party. Virtually none of us had been to Saratoga before and were only hoping we had picked the right place in terms of location. As it turns out this place was beyond ideal. Huge house with really large driveway, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Brand new open kitchen and living room. We spent the weekend walking to everything in terms of the downtown area and the racetrack. It is about 3 blocks to Caroline Street and the main drag plus about a 15 minute walk to the racetrack. We literally didnt touch our cars the whole weekend. We are most likely planning on returning next year as it was such a good experience. Very clean and well-maintained, pictures were accurate. The owner was accessible and even accommodated us showing up an hour early. Look forward to staying here
