The Kihei Kai Nani Resort is a popular, long established, South Maui vacation destination located in a fine area. Our Deluxe 1-bedroom condo has a beach and ocean view. We are located near the very exclusive resorts in Wailea, yet, our prices are reasonable. Our condo is steps from Kamaole Beach II where you can swim and snorkel. In addition, the Kihei Kai Nani Resort has one of the largest swimming pools in South Maui. Our condo is recently remodeled with WIFI, air conditioning, and two new TVs. We are located on the second floor of Building 1 close to the beach. Our condo has a large lanai where you can watch all the beach activity including incredible sunsets. Maintained to our standards (we use it ourselves), our condo features a new California King bed in the master suite and has been recently remodeled with new appliances. Enhance your Maui vacation with an ocean view accomodation in a great neighborhood at a great price. Sleeps up to four at the same price with no reservation fee.
The Kihei Kai Nani is a resort complex set on six acres of tropical gardens in sunny South Kihei near Wailea. It is located on the South side of Maui about 9-miles/20 minutes from the airport. Kihei Kai Nani is located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach II, one of Maui's finest swimming beaches with lifeguards. The snorkeling is also great off the point between Kamaole Beaches II and III. The Kai Nani is located within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Walk to everything. Major shopping destinations (COSTCO, Safeway, Foodland, Longs) are a short drive away. This is a great neighborhood.
The complex has a 60-ft. swimming pool, a large laundry facility, and free off-street parking. Gas BBQs and picnic tables are located throughout the complex. There is a large raised wood pavilion and deck area where you can host your own gathering. The unit is stocked with beach chairs and children’s beach toys.
Come to Maui and swim, fish, surf, sail, shop, golf, bike 38-miles down Haleakala Volcano, snorkel. Visit the historic whaling town of Lahaina and take the scenic road to undeveloped Hana. See humpback whales off the Kamaole beaches during the winter season.

Love the location of the unit, we love the view and to people watch. Some reviews think the first unit is loud, but we feel the view is worth it. Beautiful bathroom and nice bed, could use a coat of paint and carpet, but super clean.. nice beach chairs and other beach stuff... would reccommend to family and friends.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Everything was right about staying in your fully equipped condo. We are back for another trip and although there were many other condos to choose from in Kai Nani, yours met all of our requirements the best, especially the view and the plush King bed. Susan, you are very nice to deal with. Audrey

Thank you for the fully equiped condo. It has everything. I drank my morning coffee on the lanai overlooking Kamaole Beach. I alternated my time between the beach and the pool. Especially loved Fred's Mexican Restaurant and Mooses's Bar and Grill next door. The best part is to slow down to "Maui Time".
