Experience the luxury of being on Rattlesnake Island, waking up to sunrise filled skies. The extraordinary views of Lake Winnipesaukee extend for miles from the many outside decks and the majority of our home. We are renting our home for the first time to discriminating families since we built it over 20 years ago. Full kitchen with eating area, four bedrooms in main house. Over 200 feet of private waterfront, docking for several boats, large stone breakwater protection. There is an open service elevator from the lower deck at the docks to the upper deck level for ease of carrying cargo.
You MUST HAVE BOAT TO ACCESS ISLAND HOME. Rentals available from nearby marinas. Mainland parking is available for two vehicles.
