Sunset Island is one the nicest private gated, with 24/7 security provided, island community in Ocean City, MD. It is located on 67th street bayside. We are only a short walk from the ocean, entertainment, shopping, dining and nightlife.
Our community offers magnificent views of bayside sunsets, a clubhouse with indoor (heated) and outdoor pools, food and beverage service at the pool, a crab pier, a walking track around the Island, a state-of-the-art gym, a marina with boat slips available, an interactive fountain, a private beach where you can relax in the sun, a food market, and much much more.
Our beautifully decorated BRAND NEW three bedroom condominium has a vacationer's thought in mind:
The Great Room has a Sofa(sleeper) and love seat with a 50" HD TV with a DVD player. There is wireless access throughout the condo.
The Master Bedroom offers a king size bed with a 28" flat screen TV with DVD player. It has a sliding glass door that features a beautiful view of the interactive fountain.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bedroom and a 20" TV with DVD player. The children's room has a pyramid bed with a twin on top and a full bed on the bottom, and a 27" TV with a DVD player.
Ocean City, MD is a great place to vacation with the whole family. There are plenty of things to do for all ages. There is the boardwalk, amusement parks, ocean, Assateague Island, great restaurants, and beautiful golf courses. It is becoming one of the premier places on the east coast for golf (Golfer's Digest 2007).

1) You must be 25 years of age or older to sign the lease
2) No smoking/No Pets
3) Maximum capacity is 9 people
4) Please add 10.5% Maryland sales tax
There is a fee for POOL/Clubhouse passes for your stay. This an additional $ 50.00 for 6 pool passes and two parking passes. This is payable to the community office upon arrival. A charge of $ 10.00 per person per day for any additional pool passes.
A 1/3 deposit is required to hold the property for the week requested. The balance is due 30 days prior to rental arrival.
