MANY GOOD DATES STILL AVAILABLE Gas prices got you down, but you still want to get away to the lake? You should consider staying in a comfortable 1 bedroom condo located on the water. The rental savings will more than pay for the extra fuel cost. Our one bedroom condo will accommodate up to 4 people with the use of our hide-a-bed couch. So, why pay for the extra space when you really do not need it?? Save the cash or have a special treat during your stay at the lake. If you are looking for a relaxing, less expensive getaway to the lake? Our Heron Bay condominium offers a well-appointed atmosphere with all of the amenities you will need to enjoy a short or extended stay. Our condo is 1 floor up from the parking lot (3rd floor). There is a nice view over the cove into the main channel. You will enjoy the many amenities that our condo offers. * Screened, covered balcony with an inviting view of the cove and channel. * The balcony has comfortable seating for four plus a gas grill. * We have new ceramic tile throughout the condo. * The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a light or full meal. * The comfortable queen bed will provide a restful sleep. * The hide-a-bed couch provides extra sleeping space. We provide a self-inflating full air mattress for the hide-a-bed for extra comfort. * For inside entertainment: TV's and dvd players in the living area and bedroom; CD player\stereo in the living area. We supply all you need except for your toiletries and food. So, pack your bags, grab your cooler, and head to the lake for a fun, relaxing stay. We even have a lockbox for the key to our condo. There is no need to worry about if you will receive the key in time for your check-in. We try to think of everything, so that all you have to do is think about the fun and relaxation you will enjoy. The Heron Bay complex is conveniently located close to all that Osage Beach has to offer: restaurants (fast food to fine dining), golf (many courses), hiking (local state park with trails and beach), shopping (110 store outlet mall a few minutes away), and several other forms of entertainment. The complex has a pool and a tennis court. Boat and wave runner rentals are available right next to the Heron Bay complex. Our 10 x 26 covered slip (accommodates up to 30 foot boat) is available for $10 per day. If you need a larger slip, we also have a 10 x 28 foot slip (up to 32 foot boat) available as well. The complex has a boat ramp and free trailer parking. **** We have a second 1 bedroom condo.
