Come enjoy yourself on beautiful Lake Murray. Relax on the covered porch rocking in chairs or on the open patio in the bright sunshine grilling burgers and hot dogs- don't forget the sunscreen. Bring your boats, jet ski and fishing rods- and of course life jackets. Private boat ramp and dock; no waiting at a public landing. Swimming area and patio to watch the kids swim and play. Nearly an acre of yard to roam.

Our home is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. Located 20 minutes from Lexington where you can find Target, Wal-Mart, Kohl's, and numerous restaurants and groceries. Grab pizza just up the road at the local food mart (it's delicious) or go out for seafood at Charlie's Fisherman's Wharf.

  • We stayed at this beatiful home 8/3/09 - 8/10/09. After searching the area for a place with private boat ramp and dock for my pontoon boat we found this wonderfully relaxing house on the lake. Pictures do not do this home justice. A large deck with grill and comfortable seating and large private yard. We had a doe and 2 fawns visit for breakfast on day two. Comfortable beds and HDtv entertainment. Local Marina and bait shop made fishing easy and fun. My 10 year old son caught a 40 inch Ghar and had the fight of his life with small tackle. Fishing from the dock was also fun. I can't thank the owners enough and we will definately be making reservations in the future.

  • Stayed for a weekend in April 08, used the excuse to my wife that it was a weekend get a way. We had a suprise 60th birthday party for her, wich we celibrated in a restaurant in Lexington. We had a great stay and enjoyed it very much. We will be comming back.

  • WHAT A LOVELY HOME!! WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY! THE HOME IS BEAUTIFUL! THE VRBO PICTURES DON'T DO IT JUSTICE. IT IS REASONABLY PRICED AND THE OWNERS ARE VERY NICE AND EASY TO WORK WITH! THANKS FOR A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!
