Welcome to our newly renovated, spacious villa on Hilton Head Island, located in a prime un-commercialized South Forest Beach. The villa is within 1 1/2 blocks to the beach a just a few minutes' walk or bike ride to the shops at Coligny Plaza. While staying at Courtside, your rental includes free tennis court use each day from the famous Van Der Meer Professional Tennis Complex. You will also have access to their member clinics or lessons.
The villa is near many of Hilton Head's fabulous golf courses, both public and private. There is a variety of excellent restaurants, something for everyone (more than 200 on the island). The Island also offers plenty of activities: Miniature golf, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, sailing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, too many to list. And of course, there are beautiful bike paths throughout the Island.
There are plenty of shops within walking (Coligny Plaza) or within a brief drive to the renowned Sea Pines and Harbour Town, as well as Shelter Cove Harbour which offers more unique shopping and dining.
The villa has been refurbished within the last two years. News floors were just put in. There is a full kitchen with a full size washer and dryer. The roomy floor plan includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room. There are two spacious bedrooms with plenty of space and closets. Just outside the living room is a patio where you can enjoy a great view of the fountain and lagoon. The pool is within steps of your patio. This is all within a private and beautifully landscape courtyard.
Hilton Head Island offers a wonderful tropical climate and is among the best beaches on the Atlantic. It is within an hour drive of historical Savannah GA and Charleston, South Carolina. Hilton Head Island is easily accessible by car (just off I95) or via the Hilton Head airport (HHI) or the Savannah airport ( SAV).
