Beautiful new Family Friendly Condo, 1800 square feet, with spacious rooms, high ceilings and lots of closets. The large open gourmet kitchen with granite counters, cook stove island and covered patio is a pleasure for cooking and entertaining. The wonderful split floor plan, with two good size masters are great for privacy. One of the masters has an oversized shower and double sinks.

This condo is in the heart of Horseshoe Bay just off Horseshoe Bay Blvd., next door to the Marriott.

We have a total of three units which share a common court yard...and accommodate eighteen guest for weddings and large family gatherings. Call early to reserve all three for your events. Lake LBJ is a breathtaking constant level lake for boating, skiing, wakeboarding and tubing, with phenomenal fishing. The Marina and Yacht Club offer rentals. The golf is spectacular, with three Robert Trent Jones, Sr. courses. They have been featured in the "50 Best Courses in Texas" in the Dallas Morning News every year since the origin of the ranking in 1989. The Whitewater putting course is fun for everyone.

San Antonio is 90 minutes away, with the famed Riverwalk and Sea World, Fiesta Texas, and the Alamo. Schlitterbalm Water Park, the nation's top water park as ranked by the Travel Channel, is located only 45 minutes away.

Horseshoe Bay is only 45 minutes from Austin, with live music venues and ecelctic culture, and great restaurants. Fredricksburg is south 60 minutes, with antiquing and unique shops and eateries. The Texas Hill Country is a must-see vacation spot, and our condos offer a truly special place to come relax and play.

  • Thank You Diane & Roger for being able to accommodate my daughter and I on such short notice while her home was being remodeled. She is 9 months pregnant and the condo was the perfect choice to get her away from the chaos so she could relax. We were very comfy and cozy for the week we were there! It was lovely to get out and walk around the Marriott gardens and picnic on the river. Thank you for sharing this great property and we will definitely stay with you again!!

  • We loved this place and will always stay here when we visit Horseshoe Bay! It's huge and extremely clean! For what you get, the price is amazing. The kitchen is perfect and talks you into staying "home" and cooking with friends, etc. The master bathroom is huge and the place feels brand new. We were so happy with our stay!

  • Our group of 20 stayed in all three condos for Father's Day weekend. The accomodations far exceeded our expectations. Communications with the owner were fast and thorough. These units will be at the top of our list for area accomodations in the years to come!

  • Our family of 7 stayed here the last week of July. It is truly a beautiful condo, very large with beautiful tiled bathrooms. The kitchen is so spacious,everyone helped with dinner! There is so much to do at Horseshoe bay, we wish we had more time. We went to Schlitterbahn,rented a boat on Lake LBJ, visited a winery, golfed, and the pool/hottub is wonderful at the club. The Catholic church on the hill has the most amazing views. All our friend asked why we were going to TX for vacation, it was for a great time!

  • We spent 2 nights and 3 days in this Beautiful Condo! It is so open and roomy,but also feels cozy and warm! The owners have seen that you have every conviencein this very upscale unit! We will definately be staying in one of these condos again and again!!! Our son is to be married and we plan to rent 3 of these units for the wedding! The Marriot is just a minute away!!
