This is a great condo (Condo #304) and we would definitely recommend it! The pictures don't do it justice. It was nice furnished and had lots of extras that made it feel like you were at home! This condo was so great. The photos don't do it justice. It is very clean and well maintained. It's right on the beach. We watched the sunrise everymorning from the living room or balcony; we watched the sunset downstairs everynight. It's very convenient to stores and restaurants. The management was extremely helpful and nice. But the BIG draw is the condo itself. It has everything you would need for your vacation. Can't emphasize how incredibly great it was. It made our vacation perfect. I would recommend this to anyone!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

this was a very clean and tidy unit ,plenty of space , nice large bedrooms, baths and showers in both bathrooms(very clean and tidy) the facilities and equipment in the condo were first rate.the kitchen had eveything you would need for a long or short vacation,the livingroom had a large tv and vcr as well as a dinning table large enough for 8 people, as well as a breakfast bar with high chairs. the location was ideal ,would have been nice to have a sea veiw but because of turtle nests couldnt sit out at night anyway. i would go back to indian shores again and would stay in this unit.the beach was very quiet and clean white sand you could walk in both directions for miles and never once think it was busy. the last thing is the pool very large compared to near by condos , ideal for all ages and plenty of sunloungers and chairs. you should try this condo you wont be disappointed.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with young children.
