Two story Lake Front Townhouse has been completely remodeled and has everything you need to relax. 3 bedrooms with extra private room for additional sleeping, ceiling fans & t.v's in all rooms. Plus a pull out bed in the living room.
Upstairs patio with new furniture and umbrella. New grill on upstairs patio as well - right outside dining and kitchen area for convenient cooking & serving. Downstairs patio is screened in for additional outside sitting and dining.
Ground area between patio & water for recreational volleyball and other outdoor games.
Fishing can be done by Townhouse. Full view of marina and Lake Conroe from Patio. Enjoy the view and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Your water craft can be moved to bulkhead in front of town House for easy access.
Launch your watercraft and pull it right up to the townhouse for convenient access for skiing, fishing, and other water activities.
Enjoy antique shopping and local resturants in Downtown Montgomery, winery nearby, The Texas Renaissance Festival nearby from Oct-Dec. Other area activities are listed below.
Area swimming pool nearby is open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day for your use. Enjoy seeing the wildlife throughout the community as you use the trails for walking, jogging, or bring your bikes for riding.
