  This house was absolutely terrific! It was only two blocks from Disneyland so you can walk or catch the shuttle. The house was very spacious and immaculate. The owner was very thoughtful and had everything you could possibly need if you have small children or teenagers. The house was stocked so that we did not have to purchase anything but our food. You could also see the fireworks at night right from the house. The pool and hot tub were to die for! The property outside was exquisite and very well maintained. I wish it was our house. We were near all major attractions and restaurants were right around the corner. There are major store chains about two blocks away. If we come back to Anaheim we will be sure to stay again!Good job Julie, you should be proud of your beautiful home!

  Julie, thank you for making your home available to us on our recent vacation. The location was close to Disneyland and there were plenty of grocery stores and food establishments close by. The pool and hot tub were both hits with the family as well as the pool table. Highly recommend this for future stays.

  We have been fortunate to stay at two rental homes owned by the King's. They take excellent care of their homes and provide just about everything you need to make your stay comfortable. This home was very close to Disney, you could even watch the fireworks from the front lawn. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked & the heated pool was relaxing after a long day at Disneyland. We definitely recommend this home to any family looking for a "home away from home". We will surely be back on our next visit to Anaheim.

  This was our first experience with VRBO and we could not have chosen a better property to rent. From the moment that we arrived we knew that we had made a wise choice. The King's had thought of every possible thing to make your stay as easy as possible. Directions to walk to Disneyland (with the shortcut, approx 20 mins. there with 3 children), local info on shopping, restaurants and grocery stores, necessities for the house, all made it seem as if we actually lived here and were just one of the locals. The pictures do not do the house justice. Being able to go to the beach, parks, shopping for the day, and then come back to BBQ and enjoy the pool/hot tub, pool table.... Easy access to Universal, the beaches, San Diego (the Zoo and Sea World). A problem with the dishwasher not cleaning the dishes properly was resolved promptly by Julie with her purchasing a new dishwasher which was installed ASAP! You know that the house was a good choice when your children prefer this over the one that they have! When we go back to So Cal we will be sure to contact the Kings to stay here again, or if not available, one of their other properties!

  For the past 12 years, we have spent our summer vacations at either Disneyland or Disneyworld. I can honestly say that staying at this home was the best experience we've had to date. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The barbeque was wonderful, and the kitchen was well stocked with enough pots and pans and utensils to do everything we wanted to do. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms are luxurious. Albertson's and Fresh Choice were just a few minutes away and this place is ideal for those who like to cook their own meals. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to everything. If it is available next summer, we would definitely be coming back. Thank you for a great experience. Marty - Antioch, California

  Renting this home was our first experience with VRBO, and we were really impressed with this rental! The owner was fabulous to work with, we are already planning our family trip for next summer! From the moment we walked into the house we were impressed, everything was clean, well stocked and very nicely decorated. Our kids loved swimming in the pool and playing in the game room in the garage, and all the toys at the house were a nice surprise for them to play with while we were there. We enjoyed our coffee in the hot tub in the morning while the kids played under the covered patio. The steam/sauna in the master bathroom shower was also a nice surprise! Everything we needed was stocked in the house (trash bags, cleaners, soap, laundry supplies, even light bulbs!), and the owner was immediately responsive via phone calls and text message any time we had questions. There was a great binder put together with all the info on the area you could need, it was definitely a help! Can't say enough fabulous things about this property, thank you so much for helping to make our family vacation so special!

  This house was perfect for our family California trip to Disneyland and San Diego. We had 5 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was exactly as the pictures showed. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet! Its wonderful to have a place that has everything you need and feels like home. We enjoyed having breakfast and dinner together as a family. The hot tub was excellent every night on our poor feet after we had walked all day long. My daughter loved the warm pool. And there was even a life jacket and swim toys available. Another great feature we enjoyed was the steam shower. Very relaxing. It was nice to see the fireworks from the front yard. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone going to Disneyland. I don't think I will ever stay in a hotel again, especially when you could stay in a beautiful home like this. Thanks Julie!

  We had 4 children with us and the strollers were a godsend. The strollers are of high quality, so don't be tempted to bring yours from home -- these aren't cheap umbrella strollers. We just about skipped over the place as the picture of the hot tub shows the tub overlooking the garage (not a great view). But, the hot tub actually is next to the pool and has a good view of the pool, so the adults can enjoy a warm soak while the kids play in the pool. The owner is extremely helpful, and available if you need help! It turns out that somewhere along the line a miscommunication occurred and the cleaning crew didn't get to the house before our early morning arrival. We called the owner and she quickly made arrangements to get the house cleaned. Mistakes happen, and what matters is how people deal with the situation and the owner handled it awesomely! Oh, and the BBQ is great, high quality & large grill surface--important for those that enjoy a summer grill. Finally, it is apparent that this house was previously lived in by the owner, as it has a lot of small upgrades that you typically don't see in rental units.

  We showed up and the house was better than anticipated. The house was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were great. Everything was clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of sleeping room for us all. We didn't try walking to Disney, but opted for driving. It seemed like too far of a walk for the youngest of our crew, but we probably could have done it with the provided strollers. We did use the double stroller at the park one eve when we drove back to watch the World of Colour. That was very handy! I would highly recommend this place! It has everything you need. The owners were very organized and they thought of everything. We were anxious about renting a place on-line as you don't know what you are getting into, but everything worked out great.

  My parents, two boys and husband and I all stayed in this great house while visiting Disneyland. You can't beat the location and the house was in perfect condition. Also all the toys (trucks, trains, etc.) and pool toys were fantastic. There's also a great stroller you can take to the parks - one less thing to pack. My only critique would be that the master bedroom matress needs to be replaced. It's seriously sagging in the middle and not that comfortable. Even with that though we would definitely stay here again.
