This house was perfect for our family California trip to Disneyland and San Diego. We had 5 adults and 1 child and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was exactly as the pictures showed. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet! Its wonderful to have a place that has everything you need and feels like home. We enjoyed having breakfast and dinner together as a family. The hot tub was excellent every night on our poor feet after we had walked all day long. My daughter loved the warm pool. And there was even a life jacket and swim toys available. Another great feature we enjoyed was the steam shower. Very relaxing. It was nice to see the fireworks from the front yard. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone going to Disneyland. I don't think I will ever stay in a hotel again, especially when you could stay in a beautiful home like this. Thanks Julie!

We had 4 children with us and the strollers were a godsend. The strollers are of high quality, so don't be tempted to bring yours from home -- these aren't cheap umbrella strollers. We just about skipped over the place as the picture of the hot tub shows the tub overlooking the garage (not a great view). But, the hot tub actually is next to the pool and has a good view of the pool, so the adults can enjoy a warm soak while the kids play in the pool. The owner is extremely helpful, and available if you need help! It turns out that somewhere along the line a miscommunication occurred and the cleaning crew didn't get to the house before our early morning arrival. We called the owner and she quickly made arrangements to get the house cleaned. Mistakes happen, and what matters is how people deal with the situation and the owner handled it awesomely! Oh, and the BBQ is great, high quality & large grill surface--important for those that enjoy a summer grill. Finally, it is apparent that this house was previously lived in by the owner, as it has a lot of small upgrades that you typically don't see in rental units.

We showed up and the house was better than anticipated. The house was beautiful. The pool and hot tub were great. Everything was clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of sleeping room for us all. We didn't try walking to Disney, but opted for driving. It seemed like too far of a walk for the youngest of our crew, but we probably could have done it with the provided strollers. We did use the double stroller at the park one eve when we drove back to watch the World of Colour. That was very handy! I would highly recommend this place! It has everything you need. The owners were very organized and they thought of everything. We were anxious about renting a place on-line as you don't know what you are getting into, but everything worked out great.

The Perfect Disneyland Family House

My parents, two boys and husband and I all stayed in this great house while visiting Disneyland. You can't beat the location and the house was in perfect condition. Also all the toys (trucks, trains, etc.) and pool toys were fantastic. There's also a great stroller you can take to the parks - one less thing to pack. My only critique would be that the master bedroom matress needs to be replaced. It's seriously sagging in the middle and not that comfortable. Even with that though we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Vacation Rental

Our family loved the house the minute we opened the front door! The pictures are exactly as advertised and we had everything we could possibly need. The house was clean and had enough space for our whole family. Strollers, toys and all the kitchen supplies we needed were avaliable. It was difficult for us to pull the children away from the backyard pool to go and visit Mickey! The information provided about the area and other places to visit was so helpful - we enjoyed a beautiful day at the beach suggested. We will definately be back and have already recommended the property to a couple friends who are planning trips this fall/winter with thier families.

We absolutely loved the house. Previously we always stayed in the Disneyland strip hotels, but this house was so much more relaxing. Everything was thought of in this house. We all loved the pool and spa. It was so nice to have the comforts of home in a vacation rental. There were eight of us, but there was plenty of room for more. We know exactly where we are staying on our next Disneyland vacation.

Wir verbrachten in dem Ferienhaus einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität, der Pool hat eine tolle Größe ( die Nichte war kaum heraus zubekommen), es sind Spielsachen vorhanden und es ist vorallem sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt einen Ordner mit allen nötigen Informationen und Telefonnummern. Supermarkt und Drogeriemarkt sind sogar zufuß erreichbar ( 5 Min. Fußweg) Das abendliche Feuerwerk von Disney ist vom Bett aus zusehen, was die Nähe zu Disney zeigt ( 15-20 Min. Fußweg mit Kind). Sollten wir nochmal nach LA kommen werden wir dieses Haus gerne wieder mieten.

The house is perfect in every way you think about it, location, near to every thing disneyland,restaurants,food shops, you name it. The house is fully equipped with all the necessary things you might need plus so many things you may never think of. The owners of the homes are very generous on providing,linens , towels , kitchen appliances , pots and pans and glass ware . The pool and the Jacuzzi are very beautiful and will maintained and with a very beautiful back yard with canopy and grill plus a pool table and washer and dryer , so its like home away from home, we have enjoyed every single minute of our time and would come back again when ever we think of Anaheim and disney and for sure we would recommend the house .

This house was perfect for our trip to Disneyland. It was exactly as the pictures showed. We had 4 adults and 4 children and it was plenty of room. The house had everything we needed. A stocked kitchen, tons of towels, stollers, games, toys, it was great! Lots of seating inside and out for meals or just relaxing. We spent most of our time at Disneyland but every afternoon the kids were begging to go back to the house for a swim. The pool is a great size! The walk to Disneyland is a bit far for small children, especially at the end of the day but there are a lot of alternatives. The house was very clean and the yard is well maintained. It was also very quiet! Julie was very helpful in answering any questions regarding the house. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone going to Disneyland. I don't understand why anyone would stay in a hotel when they could stay in a beautiful home. Thanks again Julie!

Exceeded Expectations

We expected the home to be nice from the photos and description, but with all the amenities the home exceeded our expectations. From beautiful updgraded kitchen to the master bath with steam shower and ultra comfy bed, to pool and hot tub... I could go on and on. Far enough from main roads to be quiet, close enough to Disneyland to walk (albiet a long walk at the end of the day). Another feature; close to Hungtinton and Newport Beach where there are great bike paths along the ocean. If you're driving in and have a bike rack, bring the bikes. It's a nice diversion from the park for a day. After staying in this home we'll never put our family in an Anaheim hotel again! We only stayed 4 days, but would have liked to stay a month.

Couldn't get the kids out of the pool!!!

We stayed at this house January 20-25 2011 and had such a great time. Everything was close including Disneyland, grocery stores,Newport and Huntington Beach! We shared this house with three small families and loved that we could all be together. Julie, the owner had everything you could ever need including chairs for the beach, sand toys, toys for the pool, strollers you name it was there for you. Thanks Julie we will absolutely be coming again.

Perfect Family House

Our family group was 3 adults & 4 children. Vacation was strictly to visit Disneyland & be able to walk back & forth. This house was perfect for that! Lots of space, patio, BBQ, pool & hot tub are fabulous. Food store, Department store, Drug store all within short walking distance. The pool heater wasn't working when we got there - the owner was extremely helpful in offering alternatives & in the end had the pool heater replaced so we were able to enjoy the pool. I was very impressed with their attention to the problem. We were thankful for the fact that there was a stroller available for the 5 year old as it came in handy for those long days at Disneyland. This property is exactly as advertised, we chose it because of the reviews & after being there, I have no hesitation in adding my own favorable review! Enjoy!

It was okay

Although the house was adaquate - it was quite small and definately not what I had expected. The games room is not accessible from the main house - so not available for children to use - the rooms were very small other than the master which was great. We had five adults and three children under the age of 7 and it was to cramped. The children did not have room to play in the living room and as the it was quite cold the air from the fireplace made the room extremely cold. The pool was wonderful and the hot tub however we never did see the maintenance for either - we were there for 7 days and my husband cleaned the pool and the filter as it was clogged. I would only recommend this house for two couples with maybe two children. Sorry but not at all what we expected.

We stayed in this house 3 days and absolutely Loved it!! Wish we had more time to actually enjoy the house. It has everything you can possibly imagine. I was actually suprised to see little swimmer diapers for the babies. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was great! Couldnt get the kids out of it (or the adults).Its not pictured but has a gate all the way around it so you didnt have to worry about the safety of your kids.The steam shower was awesome. The kids loved the jetted tub.Tons of toys for the kids. The 2 playpens was great. We have twins and it was nice to not have to travel w/ the playpens. We will definately stay here again. It is not a short walk to Disneyland. Its actually quite long. Pay the $15 bucks for parking its worth it. Thanks Julie!

Terrific Place to Stay!

This house was perfect. As other reviewers have mentioned, even though the pictures are nice...they don't do it justice. We had 7 family members with us for a 5 day trip to Disneyland. We enjoyed comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax, watch T.V., and play games. There is a Food For Less right down the street and a 'Ralphs Grocery Store" about a mile away. We walked each day to Disneyland and enjoyed it. You can cut through the Disney Employee Parking Lot and the walk takes about 15 minutes. We would definitely recommend staying here. And the owner (Julie) was simply great to work with.

Wonderful vacation home

This was a wonderful place to stay. We had our children and grandchildern with us and the home was large enough for all of us to move around and have space. The backyard is beautiful and spent most of our time sitting outside and enjoying the pool and weather. The "boys" enjoyed the pool table, the grandkids enjoyed the outdoor toys and playing in the grassy area. The house is very clean, teh beds are very comfortable, plenty of towels, plates, etc and it was great having an bbq. The neighborhood is well maintained and we felt very safe. Even though it is about a mile from Disney, we recommend you drive and park. Walking there and back after walking all day is not recommended.

Charming Family Home

My husband and I stayed in this home with our 4 young daughters (ages 5,6,8,9), my sister and her two teenagers. The 4 girls stayed in the bunkbeds, my sister and niece in the guest room, nephew on the hide-a-bed and my husband and I were in the master suite. We all had enough room to relax and settle in for the week. The home is built well and is very quiet. The home is also modern, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. There is a grocery store closeby and the neighborhood seemed well established and fairly safe. We also really liked the game room and the pool area for the kids. There is a safety fence around the pool to ensure that the younger children did not go near the pool without an adult present that could open the gate. Although it is close to Disneyland, it is not really close enough to walk to. The home is probably a mile or more from the area that you catch the train into the park. Disney is the type of park that you want to spend the whole day at and you will do a LOT of walking in the park so I suggest renting a car or taking a taxi to the parking area of Disneyland. I highly recommend this rental home and would definately rent it again in the future.

The 5-days that we called your vacation rental our "home" were awesome. There was nothing missing!!! It is a very easy walk to Disneyland and yes, you can see the fireworks from the front yard!!! The entire process, from the initial availlability contact, deposit/payment, check-in, straight thru to the deposit refund, could not have been easier. ~ We will be back ~

This house is great. We were two couples - one from England and one from Australia - plus two kids. House had plenty of room for us all. Heated pool was a bonus, especially in March when it was a little cooler, and the jacuzi was great also. We walked to Disneyland - about 20 minutes away, Also drove one night and parked in Downtown Disney at no cost. All very easy and convenient. Could watch fireworks each night from front porch. Owners were very responsive when we had small problem with TV - came and fixed it within half an hour. This is so much better than a hotel - plenty of space, things for kids to do, quiet, easy walking distance, plus great kitchen so you can cook for yourself. Made our Disney holiday ideal.

Beautiful Home

This house was absolutely terrific! It was only two blocks from Disneyland so you can walk or catch the shuttle. The house was very spacious and immaculate. The owner was very thoughtful and had everything you could possibly need if you have small children or teenagers. The house was stocked so that we did not have to purchase anything but our food. You could also see the fireworks at night right from the house. The pool and hot tub were to die for! The property outside was exquisite and very well maintained. I wish it was our house. We were near all major attractions and restaurants were right around the corner. There are major store chains about two blocks away. If we come back to Anaheim we will be sure to stay again!Good job Julie, you should be proud of your beautiful home!

This house was a perfect and convenient retreat for our family of three and a set of grandparents. We couldn't have asked for a better location or better amenities. The well-maintained home was furnished with everything we could want - from comfortable beds to rest at night to games and pool toys for our four-year-old and even a way to hook up our iPod to the exterior backyard speakers. It seems they thought of everything. We highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to be close to the main Anaheim attractions while also having a very comfortable and relaxing place to get away from the crowds of the theme parks and hotel pools. We look forward to our next trip.

This was a perfect home away from home! Everything was clean and very nice. The owner, Julie, was particularly kind and helpful. The location was perfect. Close to Disney and the freeways for all of our L.A. attractions. I would definitely stay here again and refer anyone to stay in this home. We had a wonderful time at this home. We could not have asked for better accomodations. Every need was met. My two boys (aged 4 and 18 mo) loved the toy selection - especially the transformers!!!! The pool was clean, heated and a welcome respite after a day in the parks. Julie has thought of everything. If we are back in Southern California - we will definitely stay here! We loved this house. It was clean, two blocks away from Disneyland. It lived up to all of our expectations. We will be coming back that is for sure. The pool was wonderful. There were pool toys, a pool table in the garage along with a TV and a play system. The large flat screen was nice as well as the surround sound that even was setup outside. The BBQ was great with the steaks we cooked and the steam shower was to die for. I am asking my husband to get us one of those installed in our house as it makes all aches and pains go away! The beds were very comfortable. I would give this place a 5 out of 5 stars.

What a fantastic week ! I just got back from my California vacation and this house was great. The owners are very nice and take care of all of our concerns. The house was beautiful, clean and very well organized. The yard,the house, EVERYTHING is much nicer than they look on the website. Everthing was in great condition and there was even a welcome gift for the children. There are games, dvd's, etc, etc. Also, you can even see the Disney fireworks from the house. The location is great and the house was the best. THANKS FOR A GREAT VACATION HOME! If you're traveling in Aneheim, take this house, you won't regret it!

With all the entertainment within miles, this was the perfect location for a family stay. The home was very inviting and comfortable. Provided lots to do home or away. The owners go out of their way to make sure you have all you need; towels for the pool, washer/dryer, great sound system; and more. The pictures don't do the house justice. Very well kept, and clean. Worth the money. We'll be back again!

My family and I just spent a week at this vacation home and absolutely loved it:) The accomodations were beautiful and clean. We were literally 4 minutes from Disneyland, which was especially nice with three little ones. The owners were very helpful and accomodating. We have now rented homes near Disneyland for the past 4 years and this is by far the best. Thanks again!

If you need a place conveniently located to all the activities in Orange County, CA this is the place. It was very comfortable, decorated beautifully with all new furniture. The pictures on the rental site don't do it justice. The pool, spa, pool table, and games offered activities while at "home". Everything was provided but the food. The steam shower was an added treat. We will definately stay here again for our next vacation to the OC. Loved it!
