Our unit is on the 14th floor with over 1100 square ft. available to you and has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico and beach. This is the newest and best resort in Panama City Beach, located in the heart of the Miracle Strip.
We hope you will make our condo your vacation choice for a very comfortable, inviting, place to unwind. It has been beautifully decorated and furnished personally by us. The living, dining area is spacious with queen sofa bed, table seating six people, and bar seating for three. Bunk Area in hall has lower double bed w/upper single bed.
The balcony has comfortable furnishings with table and chairs and provides a great place to read, nap, or just enjoy the view and the ocean breeze.
This Resort is new as well as all the furnishings inside. Grand Panama Resort is located on over 35 acres and has shops and restaurants within the resort.

We stayed in this unit for a week in June. We were very impressed with the whole Grand Panama Resort. Lots of great amenities and being spread out resulted in uncrowdedness, which was very nice! The unit was equipped with everything we needed for a week's stay. Being on the 14th floor was just right, nice views, and the elevators are fast. The owners made it easy to rent from them. The price was very fair. I encourage everyone to choose this unit. The photos were very accurate. The owner will send you more if you ask. The easy access to Middle Beach Road made coming and going a breeze. The only negative I can think of is that the parking deck Levels 4 & 5 which are reserved for Tower 1 is not big enough or roomy enough to turn around. It was very difficult to find a parking space, plus if you found a space odds were someone was double parked or parked so close to the line that it is impossible to maneuver your car into the space. Otherwise, everything about Grand Panama is great--very nice for a family vacation!
