This cozy unit is an ocean side unit just steps from the beach onto the warm silky sand and cool ocean water. This is a great vacation getaway for the family that will provide you with life long memories.
This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood where you can enjoy the long stretch of shoreline with a multiple of activities in the warm summer sun or just relax on the deck and enjoy the evenings cool refreshing air.
Here you can walk the beach, go for a dip , collect shells & sea glass, have a game of bocci or just plain relax.
This cozy unit if fully tiled throughout and has 2 private bedrooms tastefully decorated with brass furniture. one queen sized bed and one full sized bed. There is a full dining room with a gally styled kitchen. The fullbath is completely tiled and the living room which is bright and cheery is furnished with wicker furnishings. We allow parking for one. Your beach access is through a private way. There is no crossing the street which is an added convenience.
Here's your chance to enjoy a wonderful vacation with the family and there are so many activities you can do. Go fishing or whale watching, take a bike ride, play Frisbee, fly a kite, build sand castles or take a jog.
Our beaches are clean and have miles of shoreline, so there's plenty of space. Our property is impeccably clean. All of the floors are tiled and cool on the feet. And available is an AC unit if needed. But with the cross breeze at night it is seldom needed
The kitchen is well equipped with with all dinnerware, utensils and cooking ware and fully applianced. In this unit you will feel much cooler on those hot humid days. And the evening view of the sunsets over the marsh are to die for.
