Our street level unit is beautifully maintained with new hunting motiff sleeper sofa and large matching chair and ottoman in the living room. This is where our family loves to relax by watching a movie or favorite TV show or just quietly reading after a busy day on the water.

The Resort has 2 pools and a Club House with activities that will keep the children occupied for hours! Canoes, paddle boats and other water toys can be rented at the Club Resort. We also have boat access if you decide to bring your own jet skis or boat from home.

Kimberling City is so close to BRANSON you'll be able to enjoy over 40 magnificent live performance theatres, 10 championship golf courses, dozens of museums, amusement parks, great restaurants and now with THE LANDING complete- great shopping!

Jan-Apr .. $ 99/night (based on 7 night stay)
May-Aug .. $139/night (based on 7 night stay)
Sep-Dec .. $119/night (based on 7 night stay)
ADD ...... $ 10/night if stay is less than 7 nights. (Three night minimum).
ONE night deposit required to reserve.  In addition, a $100.00 "security deposit"
is required.   Deposit will be refunded one week after stay, after
cleaning and inspection.  Unit balance to be paid 2 weeks before stay.
Check-out time is 11 a.m.

  • Dear Jerry, My second stay at your lovely condo was again refreshing and comfortable. The spaciousness is great and makes one feel like he is in a luxury hotel in Paris. The marina being so close made it easy to take a dip in the lovely lake. And having our friends from MO drop in for an overnight stay (with your permission) was great and was without a sense of crowding. The boys and I played a Monopoly game into the night as their parents slept in the second bedroom. Thanks for making this available.

  • Thanks for the great vacation. We've been annual visitors at Kimberling City for more than 20 years, and quite honestly didn't know that this group of condos existed. Yours is absolutely one of the best we've stayed in. We have a large boat, and once we got into the complex, realized we should have launched it before driving to the condo-- once we launched and docked at Kimberling-- getting in and out was easy drive from Kimberling. Would recommend to anyone!

    Jerry, we had a great time in Branson. The lake was gorgeous and clean. The girls all had a blast just floating in the lake and digging with their sand buckets. The Moms also enjoyed some relaxing time just floating on the lake. There is so much to do in Branson that we could not accomplish it all in one week. Your condo was so nice and peaceful. It was a nice cool respite from the blazing heat. Once again, thanks so much for renting your lake condo to us!

  • We have found this beautiful, spacious (1300 sq. ft.) condo like a home-away-from home for several years. It has a great location near to the attractions of Silver Dollar City and Branson, yet away from the crowds. The layout of the condo is very nice and the decor inviting and relaxing. We highly recommend it; you may be like us and desire to come again and again.

  • My son and I stayed at the Nordskog's condominium on Table Rock Lake in Kimberling in December of 2005 and felt very comfortable and luxurius there. The view out the back deck is phenominal and the spaciousness and graciousness of all the rooms made us feel like kings. We recommend this condo for anyone who wants to feel like they are on vacation or on a second honeymoon.
