Our street level unit is beautifully maintained with new hunting motiff sleeper sofa and large matching chair and ottoman in the living room. This is where our family loves to relax by watching a movie or favorite TV show or just quietly reading after a busy day on the water. The Resort has 2 pools and a Club House with activities that will keep the children occupied for hours! Canoes, paddle boats and other water toys can be rented at the Club Resort. We also have boat access if you decide to bring your own jet skis or boat from home. Kimberling City is so close to BRANSON you'll be able to enjoy over 40 magnificent live performance theatres, 10 championship golf courses, dozens of museums, amusement parks, great restaurants and now with THE LANDING complete- great shopping! May-Aug .. $139/night (based on 7 night stay)
Sep-Dec .. $119/night (based on 7 night stay)
ADD ...... $ 10/night if stay is less than 7 nights. (Three night minimum).
ONE night deposit required to reserve.  In addition, a $100.00 "security deposit"
is required.   Deposit will be refunded one week after stay, after
cleaning and inspection.
Unit balance to be paid 2 weeks before stay.
