Just remodeled private home located across a quiet street from miles of sandy beach. The main living accommodations are on the upper floor of a two story home with ocean and territorial views including Haleakala. This residence contains a three bedroom home, swimming pool and pool house. Both will comfortably accommodate 8 to 10 people.
The interior of the home was completely remodeled in the fall of 2008. New kitchen (including appliances and granite countertops), bath, flooring, furnishings, as well as new windows and doors were installed.
The main house has 3 bedrooms. The master contains a king bed, the second a queen bed, and the third bedroom contains twin beds. The main living area is open and contains a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and living room. Large decks face the ocean and Haleakala, plus contain an outdoor eating area with stainless BBQ. You can watch the sun both rise and set.
A separate pool house overlooks the pool. It is not large and perfect for a couple, couple with children or up to 6 youngsters. It is equipped with a studio kitchen and bath. An L shaped area contains a double bed, bunk beds and a double hide-a-bed.
There is an amazing private pool and deck. There is ample seating and lounge chairs. The deck was just replaced with TREX decking.
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Tennis courts, shopping, restaurants and a golf course are within walking distance as are swimming, snorkeling, and wind surfing. Fine dining, Makena, Wailea, and hotel entertainment are nearby.

Seamless process - easy to book. Property met all our needs (3 families - 11 in total). Was able to have all the kids sleep in the pool-house and adults in main house. Pool was a great added feature that allowed for a morning and/or late afternoon dip(s). Property was immaculate. We would definitely recommend for people traveling with other families. Felt extremely safe. And would definitely consider for future vacations in Kihei!! Could use a 4 or 8 slice toaster though...prevent breakfast line-ups. Thanks to Jeremy & Amber for all their assistance.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

Just wanted to drop you a quick note and tell you what a great time we had at your house. It worked perfectly for us with family members aged 14 months to 84 years! The pool was fantastic as was the beach. Jeremy and Amber were great - the tuna Jeremy gave us was great on the BBQ. We are especially grateful that we were able to use the pool house until our departure at midnight that last night, don't know what we would have done with the girls - greatly appreciated. We had an amazing time on Maui and at the heart of that was the feeling of home that we had staying in your home. We were xtremely pleased with the location and condition of the house and your wonderful pool/yard. Jeremy and Amber and Charlie wre fantastic hosts - we didn't even know they were there except when we needed something and then they couldn't have been more helpful.
