This spacious home is among a beautiful stand of aspen and pine trees in the gated community of Warm Springs Ranch. Its seclusion makes it an excellent “get-away-from-it-all” destination. It has easy access to the main highways (Routes 9 and 285) to participate in winter sports (ski, snowboard, cross-country ski, snowshoe, and snowmobile) and summer activities (hiking –national forest access a 1/4 mile away, ATV trails, fly fishing in gold metal water as well as seven trout stocked ponds on the Ranch!). On the main level is a large, open living room, fireplace, dining room and kitchen, two (2) bedrooms (king/queen beds), and two (2) full baths. There is a large deck to catch some sun or to enjoy the views overlooking the surrounding area. Upstairs is loft with a futon and pool/ ping pong table. Lower level has two (2) bedrooms (queen/two (2) twins) a dry sauna and a two car garage. All this and satellite HDTV, DVD, full house stereo system with individual room shut off and control and WIFI.The 2 acre lot has a full fire pit for those early spring/summer and fall evenings - just right for roasted marshmellows and camp fire tales or if you would prefer a nice glass of wine and some good conversation by the fire.
A reasonable 35 mile drive brings you to the ski slopes of Breckenridge. So you can get there in good time, yet escape the large crowds later and return to your quiet, secluded get-away. Or a beautiful 35 mile drive brings you to the Arkansas River recreation area (snowmobile trips, gold medal fishing, and white water rafting).
