Astasia Villa is a luxurious modern Thai Bali style villa located a few meters from the quiet unspoiled Natien Beach in the beautiful south eastern corner of Koh Samui. It is set amongst the most beautiful mature tropical gardens and has its own substantial, totally private, 9 meter long swimming pool.
Astasia Villa is in peaceful Samui Beach Village, a very small development of newly built elegant prestigious villas with 24 hour security – set well away from the main road. However there are restaurants in abundance in the local area and the bustling town of Lamai, with all its shopping and night-life is but 7 or 8 minutes away by car.
The villa can sleep up to 10/12 people, in 3 large bedrooms, fitted out with King Size beds each with a good sized dressing room and spacious private bathroom. Two bedrooms are upstairs each with large sunny balconies that overlook the beach, sea and surrounding gardens. The third main bedroom is in a separate villa within the grounds with its own sun terrace leading to the pool. There is a 4th en-suite bedroom fitted out with twin beds. A further two small bedrooms are provided, one with bunk beds suitable for children, and the other with an oversized single bed.
Villa Astasia, completed in 2007 offers elegant luxury whether you are inside or outside. There are 4 entertainment areas outside around the sparkling free flow pool, (complete with Jacuzzi seat), all beautifully lit at night. The sun decks also tempt you with sun loungers, lots of tables and chairs. There is a bathroom accessed from the pool and even an outdoor bar! This is all surrounded by lush gardens full of beautiful tropical plants and coconut trees.
The beach with its stretch of white sand, dotted with children’s play pools is a mere 50 meters away and is normally very quiet. Only in the winter months does the shallow sandy lagoon become an ideal location for kite boarding.
The interior of the Villa is really spacious, (410 sq.m) with classic furniture personally chosen by the owners, from Chaing Mai, along with wonderful artwork. All the rooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. Downstairs in the main building is the large lounge and living area with dining room and fully equipped kitchen, all with controllable integral lighting. Satellite TV is provided and the DVD player links to a surround cinema system. There are further DVD/CD/HI FI radio players as well as wireless broadband internet access.
