Surrounded by lush vegetation, this plantation style home has 3 large bedrooms, 3 full baths, a large family room with bay dining area, a backyard deck with picnic table and grill for barbecues, and an outdoor shower to cool off! Two big, beautiful pools, a tennis court, a children’s play area, bike/walking paths and deeded beach access to the wide sugar white sand beaches of Seagrove are why this lovely, naturally wooded community of Grove by the Sea is so special.
From “DECKED OUT” cottage it’s an easy walk to the beach, where your family can swim in the warm emerald green waters and relax building sandcastles. It’s only a short bicycle ride on the designated bike path to the resort communities of Seaside and Watercolor, where you can enjoy many free events, outdoor movies, plays and festivals, and a variety of unique boutique restaurants, shops and fine dining.
This comfortably furnished cottage sleeps up to eight and is fully equipped with all the conveniences of home! For the perfect family vacation, you have a TV/DVD in every bedroom, as well as in the family room. There are board games and flat screen TV's’s play CDs so you can listen to your favorite music. And there is internet service for your convenience!!!
Upstairs is a large master suite with a King bed, a shower for two and French doors to a screen porch with backyard privacy. Across the hall is a second large bedroom with a Queen bed, a walk-in closet, a large bathroom with tub, and its own set of twin French doors to screen porches. Another big bedroom and full bath are on the first floor, with two full-size beds and French doors out to more screen porch as well.
The first floor has a large family room with a bay dining area and a table that opens for eight. The kitchen has everything you need to enjoy cooking. There is even a countertop bar with three comfortable barstools for quick lunches. For dinner, you may want to cook some fresh seafood or steaks on the gas grill and dine enjoying the lush vegetation and privacy the backyard deck offers.
Leave your beach chairs and umbrellas at home - house is supplied with 6 beach chairs and 4 umbrellas.
Keep in mind, Grove by the Sea is a sidewalk community that is perfect for jogging and biking and is close to Grayton Beach State Park (2.5miles), Point Washington State Forest (1.5 miles), and Camp Creek Golf Club (5 miles). We have purposely priced our home to be AFFORDABLE TO RENT because we want as many families as possible to enjoy our cottage in Seagrove Beach. We invite you to catch breathtaking sunsets, take a peaceful nap on a hammock on the screen porch, and just enjoy some R&R in DECKED OUT, a wonderful beach cottage.

My family and I absolutely LOVED this beach house. Walking distance to the beach, Seaside and there was even a beach access a couple of minutes away where we could drive that had bathrooms! Everything we needed was in the house. The house has gorgeous windows and french doors everywhere and my kids played on the many screen porches on the one rainy day we had. Great place to go in a lovely neighborhood with sidewalks, pools and a tennis court. We're definitely going back!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This is a wonderful vacation house. Spacious, airy rooms, tastefully decorated. Peaceful area within walking distance to beautiful white sand beach and close to shopping. We look forward to returning often.
