This wonderful unit is unique to the oceanfront condo's in Solana Beach because it is all on one level with an open spacious feeling. The incredible views overlook the pool and have unobstructed vistas of the beautiful Pacific. There are absolutely no stairs in this condo, not even from the very close underground side by side parking spaces.
There is a private patio in front of the unit to relax and take in the amazing sunsets.You can take the private staircase right from the complex to the beach.There is a king bed in the master suite and two twin beds in the guest room. This unit also has a very convenient Murphy fold out bed in the living area that adds a comfortable additional sleeping area.All linens are included.
The club room is also very close and wonderful for larger gatherings.It is a short walk to all shopping and dining. The upscale town of Del Mar is less than a five minute drive away. Del Mar Race Track and Fairgrounds are only 1/2 mile away
