  We rented this house prior to our Bahama's Cruise so we could experience DisneyWorld for a couple of days. There were 9 people in our family and this place accommodated us Perfectly! The house is every bit as beautiful as shown in the pictures - every detail was exquisite. All of the beds in the house were extremely comfortable and the neighborhood was tranquil and quiet. The pool was fantastic - the solar cover maintained the temperature like bath water - Very Nice!! After several long hard days at DisneyWorld, it was like coming "home" to the safety and comfort of your own home. This has to be the BEST Rental Experience EVER! Should I find myself in the Orlando area again, I would definitely book this house again - it was AMAZING! Couldn't have asked for anything more. Great Memories! Thank You John & Laura for the excellent accommodations!

  Could not have asked for any better of a place to stay during our vacation. The kids enjoyed the warm pool and their rooms. The house was very clean with no complaints at all. Cheers and thanks again.

  We had a wonderful time in a wonderful home. Everything was so clean. The location was great. The owner easy to work with. This is our third time renting a home in Florida, first time at this one-we're already talking about next year so we can reserve the days. Quiet area so you can totally relax. I would recommend this home to everyone. If you are looking for a good buffet for dinner go to the Gaylord, pricey but great. Rent this home!! Al, Mary, Pam Cleveland, OHIO

  You have a lovely home which lends itself out as a very comfortable vacation stay and your quick response to our inquiries made it a stress free renting experience. We have no reservations about recommending your home to family and friends. If our plans have us vacationing in the area again, we will certainly check with you first.

  We had 3 great weeks at the house. It had everthing we needed and more. It was a great place to stay very peacefull but close enought to the parks. I would highly recommend this villa. This was our second stay and will not be the last

  We enjoyed our stay at this home. It comfortably sleeps 10 - 2 kings, a queen, and 4 twins spread out among 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The area surrounding it was quiet and safe. The grocery store was only a few blocks away, but drive a little further and go to the Walmart Superstore which has a large grocery, discount attraction tickets, and pretty much everything else you need for your stay. It is one level, so those who have trouble with too many stairs should be ok. We had ages 4-83 visiting and everyone enjoyed the place. The kitchen is well-stocked with the utensils and tableware and cookware you need for cooking and eating. We ate at home almost every breakfast and dinner, saving us $$ on meals. The appliances were all in good condition and easy to use. The pool was fun for the kids - not huge, but there is a large community pool if you really want to swim in a big pool. If you need a gym there is an anytime fitness not far away which when we went was selling a day pass for $10 or a week pass for $30. This place is well situated for visiting Disney and also if you plan off-Disney things like Busch Gardens in Tampa - only an hour away and very, very fun. Owner is helpful and responsive. Great property, would stay again.

  The house was a great last minute escape from the sub zero temps. Very nicely furnished, it is big, open and just as it says, very relaxing. While I was just there on my own, would be great for large groups/families. You're away from the busy Route 192, but have options just a couple blocks away--grocery stores, restuarants. It's very convenient if you're splitting time between Orland and Tampa. The owner is quick to respond if anything arises. Thanks for the last minute get away!

  Our family stayed in this home July 30-Aug. 12, 2008 and had the most enjoyable vacation possible! This house is furnished and decorated extremely high end, so if you're picky you don't have to worry if you'll be satisfied. The home shoes like a model. The owner answered all our questions promptly before and during our stay, and refunded the security deposit the day after checkout. A+++++!
