What a fabulous place and location for our family celebration/vacation on the Outer Banks. Lynn, your home (much more than a cottage) was fantastic. The way you have set it up with the lower level for the kids allowed us to have an idyllic week with three generations of the family under the same roof with everyone having their own space. We took advantage of the beach, sightseeing, biking, golfing and great seafood both in the restaurants and grilled at your place. We arrived to find the place spotless with all the amenities as promised. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of activity even though the weather was quite warm. We will definitely contact you the next time we visit the Outer Banks. Great location, great facility and you made it so easy for us to arrange an exceptional vacation. Thank you.

Summer Vacation

We had a wonderful week at this house. There were 6 of us, and there was enough room for each of us to have our own space. It was very clean. The hot tub was nice in the evenings when the day was cooler. Short walk to the beach, and close enough to everything else. We would highly recommend this to anybody!

Hi Lynn Our labor day long weekend 2008 trip was great trip just because of your wonderful house facilities. It offered privacy, very nice clean, with all kind of amenities. Kids friendly place and we love the SPA. We look forward to come again.

Tonight is our last night in your wonderful home. It is funny how we instantly felt comfortable. As previously stated in other comments, the place was very clean and comfortable. The quiet street was a blessing from the day to day grind. The hot tub was wonderful, not quite sure why we waited until the last night to try it out. Thanks again for answering all my questions before hand and we certainly hope to come back and will definetly recomend your home to friends. GO BEACH!

Lynn, What an awesome place! What a CLEAN place! To be honest, the pictures included here DO NOT DO JUSTICE to it. It was extremely clean, very spacious and bright. Truly, truly more than what we had expected, from having been to the OBX over the past 4 years and having stayed in other homes. You can definitely count on us to be contacting you in the future, and certainly for next year's vacation. Thank you so much again for your hospitality. The place is truly magnificent; its location couldn't be any better - less than 1 minute to the beach, right off the major highway, and close to everything. Oh!, did I mention how clean and inviting it was? Absolutely the perfect place to come home to after having been on the beach all day with the kids. FYI, my kids LOVED the kids bedroom in the basement. It is obvious that you have thought about everything, and everyone, in the way you decorated the home. The shower outside - what a blessing! I know...I know, the little things in life, right? If I haven't said it already, THANK YOU again from us. We were truly blessed. We will be in touch again! Cheers

This was a delightful, light, clean, well-furnished beach cottage. I so enjoyed being able to talk to the owner, and she was helpful, considerate, and prompt with all she did. I would definitely do this again!

We had a really awesome time in Kitty Hawk. The house is wonderful - spacious, clean and very, very comfortable. The hot tub was just fabulous for relaxing after putting the kids to bed. Alot of privacy and plenty of room. We are planning to visit again in the fall. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful place to call home for the week:)

I just love this property, great for couples or two families to rent. Great location and the owner is wonderful to work with. My family and I will be spending alot of our vacation time at this property.
