Accommodations: Single Family House - 4 Bedrooms + Loft - 4 Baths - (Sleeps 8)

Huge deck faces S/SW; stunning views! Kit/din/LR, BR & full bath mid. level. - Vail, CO - Colorado Vacation Rental - Awesome New House near Vail Ski Resort! This new, non-smoking, single-family house is located in sunny West Vail on the North side of I-70 and has panoramic views from the Gore Range (east) to the tops of the Beaver Creek ski trails to the west. The decor is Western/Southwest with artwork by several well-known artists and a few touches of "cowboy memorabilia" throughout. Each bedroom features its own bath and one queen bed per room. One larger bedroom has an additional twin bed. There are phones and TVs in all bedrooms. The kitchen is a cook's delight with a ten foot island/bar separating the kitchen from the dining area. There is a convection oven with a gas cooktop and many cookbooks if you'd like to try some new recipes. All seasonings and condiments are in place for your use. It is a one minute walk to the bus stop which gets you to Vail in eight minutes, or one can drive and park in the parking structure for $25 per day. (Parking is free during the summer). The bus runs every 30 min. during winter and drops off on top of the parking structure in Vail Village or, by getting off the bus after one mile at Red Sandstone School and walking across the pedestrian bridge over I-70, you will be in the heart of LionsHead where the gondola is located. Either way, you'll be on the mountain in about 30 minutes!! Great shopping and many restaurants are nearby at the West Vail Mall - Safeway, City Market, McDonald's, Subway, May Palace -- to name a few-- and the post office is only one-half mile east on North Frontage Road. The house is secluded in a very quiet neighborhood with several 35 foot spruce and pine trees. The area has been referred to as "Vail's Best Kept Secret." (No highway noise.) Please note: there are 3 levels to this house. Two bedrooms, two baths and loft are on third floor, living/dining/kitchen/bedroom & bath are on middle level, laundry is ground (street) level. It is not suitable for small children. (there is also a lockoff bdrm on street level next to garage which can be accessed from inside house as well). This house is available for next ski season (2008-09) monthly or entire season -- (Nov. - Apr. Or approximate). There is a lot of versatility so let me know your needs.

Sec. Dep./Refs. req'd. All deposits/pmts, once received, are NOT refundable.
(House could be rented as 2BR/2BA or 2BR/3BA with main BR not avail., etc.
