  We really enjoyed staying at La Dolche Villa. It’s a lovely neighborhood and the teens enjoyed going to the two pools too. There was even a free tennis court just around the block. The house was beautifully decorated and clean plus the beds were extremly comfortable and the kitchen was super well equipped!. We also enjoyed the fun assortment of games. It’s a bit of a hike to the beach and I really appreciated the cart they had to load our stuff into. Really it is a pretty easy walk but the cart made it easier. I guess my only suggestions for the owner would be to cut down on the knick knacks - we had to move stuff around quite a bit to make room for our clutter - also a guest book is always nice. I like to read what other guest have to say or suggestions they may have. Thanks to the owners for a pleasant vacation.

  Our stay at La Dolce Villa exceeded every expectation we had! The owners of this home have taken every measure to ensure you have a perfect beach vacation. We have always vacationed in the Seagrove area and stayed at many different homes and I have never seen one so stocked with all you would need during your stay. From a fully stocked kitchen to games to movies to beach chairs/toys - you can literally just bring yourselves and have every thing you need. The neighborhood is in a perfect location and the community pools are a bonus. Loved the outdoor shower and grilling space - very private! Would definitely recommend this home and we will look for it again next year. Owner are also very good to work with - oh and worth mentioning are the beds - honestly some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in!

  We really loved our stay at LaDolce Villa and loved the neighborhood, Grove by the Sea. The furnishings were just what we love and and it had everything we needed. The only downside to this property was that it was in the back of the neighborhood and it was a distance to the beach on foot. We have small childtren and take a lot of stuff to the beach with us intending to spend the day but it was just too far to walk with a lot of stuff. We had to have someone drive us to the beach walk-over and drop us off. It would have been nice to have a golf cart provided for this reason. We did notice that most houses had carts for guests to use. That would have been nice because otherwise we loved this location and may consider it again.

  I've rented several times in the panhandle of FL and have never found a home as accommodating as this one! The owners have thought of nearly every detail and share so much more with their guests. It is beautifully decorated to the point we had to "toddler-proof" it from our little ones instantly! The beach is a bit of a long walk but worth it. The pool is super close. Seaside has great restaurants and shopping and is nearby. If you're into do-it-yourself seafood chef, Goatfeathers is about 1/2 mile away on 30A. Our vacation consisted of 2 young families with little ones and there was plenty of space for everyone. If you are looking for a very quiet neighborhood, this is where you should stay. I would recommend this home to friends and family and would stay there again. In fact, I wish I were there right now!

  Wonderful location with all the anemities of home. Love the open rooms and spacious kitchen. Did not lack for anything , most importantly privacy with our own back yard and screened in porch. Great for a family get away , with pool , quiet neighbors and tennis court. 2nd visit and will go back again soon I hope. So close to Seaside without the expense and the beach is right across the street.

  WE truly enjoyed our two weeks at La Dolce Villa!~Lovely home in great condition! Nice stainless apliances in granite counter topped kitchen. Charming decor! Loved it! Our daughter in law and grandson used the bikes one day to go to Publix. Loved them. Daily we walked to the Gulf from the house. Everyone in neighborhood was friendly. Very quiet and peaceful. Definitely would stay here again!

  We had a fabulous time during our stay. Your house was terrific! Over the last twenty years, we have stayed in Seaside, WaterColor, WaterSound, Rosemary, and other homes in Seagrove and Sandestin. We did not know that Grove by the Sea existed until we rented LaDolce Villa. I think it is now our favorite….quiet and peaceful but close enough to everything. We shared this house with another couple for a relaxing long weekend. The house has a great screened in porch and patio. It is well maintained and nicely decorated.

  We had a wonderful vacation in your villa. It was so peaceful and relaxing not to mention beautiful. Everything about it was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed plus more. The porches were gorgeous and very relaxing. I would like to come back in the fall and enjoy them more when it is cooler. Best Florida vacation house we have ever stayed in. Thanks again Joan and Pat
