We invite you to stay in La Dolce Villa--a "sweet" vacation home in the wonderful Grove by the Sea community in Seagrove Beach. Just two minutes from the gulf, you can sometimes hear the waves from the breezy front porch. A private and popular neighborhood just off of 30A, Grove By the Sea is a unique and charming neighborhood--great for kids and pedestrians--that people love and return to year after year!
The Grove's amenities include two private pools--one is a 30-second walk from the house, a tennis court, playground area, and beach access. The Grove's beach walkover is across 30A from the entrance to the neighborhood, and there is also a terrific public beach access (with parking and restrooms) about two minutes by car from the house.
LOCATION, LOCATION...La Dolce Villa is centrally located within the beach towns of 30A. The house is just a few minutes from the fabulous, popular town of Seaside, which has great restaurants and shopping. You will also be just down 30A from Rosemary Beach and the new, wonderful Alys Beach. At a fraction of the cost of Seaside, you will be just a short drive or bike ride from all of the wonderful activities, shops, outdoor summer concerts, wine tastings, jazz events, art shows, and restaurants. To the West, you can be in Sandestin in 20 minutes--the renowned shopping and restaurant area of Sandestin Resort, as well as the unbelievable "Village at Baytowne Wharf". And about 1.5 miles from the house, there is a convenient shopping center with a Publix grocery store.
La Dolce Villa is a comfortable, well-appointed home in a relaxing and private setting. The living room, kitchen and dining room are one big space with 10" ceilings, hardwood floors and stylish furniture. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, Italian washed cabinets and a large center island with a breakfast bar. The first floor features two porches, including a wonderful new screened porch off the living room. The master bedroom is huge with a king bed, TV, walk-in closet and a private screened porch. The fabulous master bathroom has a large, tiled shower, a spa-like Jacuzzi tub, and two separate vanities. Also upstairs, there are two more guest bedrooms--one with a queen bed and one with a bunk bed plus a twin bed and a TV. These bedrooms each have walk-in closets and share a "jack-and-jill" bathroom. PLUS...there is also a bonus room on the first floor that can be used as a private sitting room or as a 4th bedroom! This room has a sofa with a full-sized sleeper bed, TV, phone and powder room, and the room closes off from the main living area with double pocket doors. In addition, the house has WiFi, a great patio for sunbathing and grilling, an outdoor shower, and beach chairs & beach towels for your use.

We had a fabulous time during our stay. Your house was terrific! Over the last twenty years, we have stayed in Seaside, WaterColor, WaterSound, Rosemary, and other homes in Seagrove and Sandestin. We did not know that Grove by the Sea existed until we rented LaDolce Villa. I think it is now our favorite….quiet and peaceful but close enough to everything. We shared this house with another couple for a relaxing long weekend. The house has a great screened in porch and patio. It is well maintained and nicely decorated.

We had a wonderful vacation in your villa. It was so peaceful and relaxing not to mention beautiful. Everything about it was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed plus more. The porches were gorgeous and very relaxing. I would like to come back in the fall and enjoy them more when it is cooler. Best Florida vacation house we have ever stayed in. Thanks again Joan and Pat
