Beautiful Home located in Kettle Cove Area on Sebago Lake (town of Casco). Dock your boat at my private dock, which is less than a 3 minute walk from the house. Gas up our boat, or rent one, at the marina located about 200 yards across the cove. Spend the summer nights (or winter) relaxing in the 6-7 person 3 year old hot tub on large backyard deck while staring up at the stars. Lounge at the association beach which is located 100 yards from the house, or drive a couple minutes down the street to the large State Park Beach.
When your not outside enjoying summer activities, you'll enjoy your time in the 2 bedroom house with nice real hardwood floors. Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen that has gorgeous granite counter tops and modern day appliances, or eat out at the many nearby delicious restaurants.
Relieve some stress at the nationally acclaimed Point Sebago Golf course which is practically next door. House is located 30 minutes from Route I-95 and 40-45 minutes from downtown Portland. Freeport outlet shopping located about 50 minutes north of house.
Winter renters--Shawnee Peak skiing is 25 minutes away. Very popular area for snowmobiling and ice fishing.
