Pocono mountain retreat located in Lake Harmony Estates. A-Frame Chalet located within a stones throw of the beach. Numerous nearby activities: Winter - ski at nearby Big Boulder and Jack Frost Mountains/ Summer- access to private Lake Harmony Estates beach and only motorized lake in area.
Take advantage of the large, fully furnished deck, with gas grill, and enjoy the abundance of wildlife that surrounds you.

Enter the home on the first floor, the lower living room. This comfy room has two couches, cable television and a gas fireplace. There is also a pool table and an electronic dart board for your enjoyment. There are two Bedrooms with queen sized beds, a small washer and dryer unit in the hall closet and and a full bathroom with a shower/tub. Ascend the stairway to access the main floor.
At the top of the steps you enter the kitchen. There is an island in the middle of the kitchen with two bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances and utensils.
On this floor are two more bedrooms, one queen and the other a double bunk setup. There is also another bathroom with a shower. Immediately to the left of the kitchen is the dining room table that seats six.
Access the large deck from this level. The deck has been stocked with furniture for your comfort and a gas grill for all the outdoor cooking and entertaining.
To the left of the dining area is a large sectional couch, super comfy to watch cable televison in front of the fireplace. We also provide WIFI, a dvd, stereo system with speakers on the main and lower levels as well as outside.
The house is beautiful with it's vaulted ceilings and exposed beams.
The loft has two single beds, cable television, a smaller tv for the Nintendo System, foosball table, a vareity of video games, love seat, chair and coffee table. The loft is a great getaway for reading or hiding out to take a nap.
This home is convenient to the slopes, private beach, fun lakeside restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy numerous nearby activities. Hike the beautiful trails of Hickory Run State Park, spend the day outlet shopping, antiquing, river-rafting or a day of golf on the brand new Jack Frost Golf Course. If you are a NASCAR fan, the Pocono Race Way is minutes away.

I don't think the pictures did the house justice. Home was nicely furnished, very well maintained and there was more than enough room for the 6 of us. The kids loved the loft and the sound was not a problem at all for those sitting in the upstairs living room. The kitchen was very well stocked and so was the game closet! The fireplaces heated the home up quickly and were so simple to operate. Wifi was easy to access and quick. The owner was very accessible, quick to respond and the rental process went very smoothly. We loved snow tubing at Big Boulder - if you go on a Sunday evening you get an extra hour! The Country Peddler Deli right down the road made fabulous sandwiches. It was a wonderful getaway!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

House is beautiful, firepit outside, big deck, gas grill - Need I say more. Overall great time. We met other families with children at the beach. Beach is clean, people are friendly, swim area is roped off and there was a big floating platform to swim to... the kids loved it.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Great house for the kids. Spent most of the time at the lake on the beach and playing tennis with kids. Thank you for a wonderful stay.Recommended for: Families with young children.

The house was beautiful all wood construction inside and out.. We especially liked the modern look of the interior with a lot of unexpected extra space in the loft and ground level. Kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances with plenty of utensils and glassware to serve large dinners. We spent most of the time on the deck that sports a large gas grill and can easily accommodate a party of 6-8. Overall a very pleasant experience.Did you find this review helpful?
