Enjoy numerous nearby activities: in the winter, ski at nearby Big Boulder and Jack Frost Mountains and in the summer, enjoy access to the private Lake Harmony Estates beach. Enjoy your meals on a large, fully furnished deck, with gas grill, as the sun sets on the mountain. Enjoy fall foliage or relax in the spring, watching the abundant wildlife that surrounds you.

Enter the home on the first floor, a pool table sits in the middle of the room accompanied by a gas fireplace and a couch. To the left is the bathroom and bath tub. Also on the first floor are two bedrooms complete with queen size beds. As you ascend the main stairway you will notice a child safe gate that will prevent any mishaps in the stairway. At the top of the steps you will enter the kitchen. With the breakfast bar at the center of the kitchen, and all new appliances and utensils, will make cooking and entertaining a breeze. To the right are two more bedrooms, one queen and the other a double bunk setup. There you will also find the second bathroom with a stall shower. Immediately to the left of the kitchen sits the dining room table big enough for the whole family. Followed by a door to the enormous upper deck with a view of the lake. The deck has been stocked with furniture for your comfort and a gas grill for all the outdoor cooking and entertaining. To the left of the dining area is the sectional couch, super comfy with all the amenities. Including, fireplace, cable tv, dvd, stereo and board games.
Did we mention the vaulted ceilings with exposed beams? Just to the right of the fire place is the stairs to the loft. The loft has two single beds set up with a love seat and coffee table. The loft is a great getaway for reading or hiding out to take a nap.
This home is convenient to the slopes, private beach, fun lakeside restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy numerous nearby activities. Hike the beautiful trails of Hickory Run State Park, spend the day outlet shopping, antiquing, river-rafting or a day of golf on the brand new Jack Frost Golf Course. If you are a NASCAR fan, the Pocono Race Way is minutes away.
