Sonny Mann, here. IF you’re one of those folks that aren’t into Panama City Beach vacations Condos I’ve just the thing. Something roomy, close to the action. It’s called Crescent Cottage. It’s a couple of blocks from the beach, but it’s located near lots of restaurants, beach clubs, Shell Island, Anderson State Park. So you can hit the beach in the morning, the action at night.
This place is like stepping into a Coastal Living magazine. Because, it’s owned by a decorator! So not only will you be staying in a great place. You’ll be able to take home some really cool ideas to spruce up your own place. Kind of like moving in with Martha Stewart for a week.
This place has three bedrooms and two baths. No waiting for the shower. The way it’s set up is really cool. The Master bedroom and private bath is on one side of the house. The second and third bedrooms and bath are on the other side. So, if you’ve got little tykes, or another couple, they can be on the other side of the house. It’s sort of a roommate plan set up.
There are three roomy bedrooms. They’ve all got king-size beds. So none of the bedrooms is a bad deal. Scan through the photos and you’ll see what I mean.
The kitchen’s fully stocked with all you need to dine in style. There’s a big table with six chairs. Big fridge so you won’t have to go grocery shopping more than once. But it’s so close to the restaurants, you may only need to keep a couple bottles of wine and a six pack chilled. After all, who wants to be cooking all the time at the beach?
Now this is really cool. There’s a huge back deck that’s got a gas grill and room for lots of seating so you can party down in the evening while you’re grilling some fresh seafood. Just thinking about that makes me hungry. This place is like moving into the Florida lifestyle. Great looking house outside, great looking house inside, lots of tropical landscaping to keep things a little private.
So, if you’re thinking about coming to Panama City Beach but aren’t sure whether a condo’s your thing, give this one some thought. Prices are really good, location’s great, and you’ll be styling in this little beauty that sleeps 8.
