This incredible mountain home can be yours for two days or more . There is no place more quiet , cool and serene than Mt. Lemmon. Located just a short 45 minute drive from the valley of Tucson , AZ , Mt. Lemmon is 20 - 30 degrees cooler , receives 2 to 3 times more rain and is a world apart from the Sonoran desert below . Imagine sweltering in 100 + degree temps and just 45 minutes away being in the cool whispering pines where day time temperatures average in the 70' s and night time temps during the summer are in the 50' s.
The average temperature is 20 to 30 degrees cooler here than on the desert floor.
This cabin was constructed in 2002 and purchased new . Since that time I have added a lower floor which doubles as a fifth bedroom , media center , houses a laundry room and another bathroom. Last summer I added a 940 square foot deck which wraps the whole upper floor. There was originally a covered deck with balcony on the upper floor , now there is a new open deck which extends that covered balcony space and brings outside life into the trees . It is the perfect place to spend a summer day in a hammock , invite some friends over for breakfast or relax after dinner before the summer storms roll in .
Once night time falls retreat to the interior of this hunting lodge style cabin to watch some favorite movies , read , play a board game or sleep with the sound of the wind whispering through the trees that surround the cabin .
On cooler nights, the house is warmed by a gas stove on the upper floor and a gas heater on the lower floor . There are three bathrooms, one on each floor. Two have showers and the upper floor features a Jacuzzi tub. With queen beds in each bedroom and sleeping area and one loft bedroom with a double bed and single , a single day bed in the living room along with a queen size convertible and cots , this cabin can accommodate your family and friends for a weekend or a week whatever your pleasure .
This is my private home and I have decorated it with personal belongings . I hope that you respect the fact that I am sharing my home with you and respect the decorations in the house as if they were your own.
This cabin rental MAY NOT be accessible during the winter months from late November until the end of March , depending on the weather . The cabin my not be used for any type of commercial venture or for any commercial usage while rented. It is intended for your personal enjoyment but NOT for your business.

$750 refundable security deposit.
$150 Cleaning fee / $ 125 Pet deposit per pet
