Birch Bay is just a short 90 minute drive from Seattle on I-5 and just 10 minutes to the Canadian border. Birch Bay is known for its wonderful warm, shallow water where kids can play and swim for hours on end and never get cold!
"Sunsets Over the Bay" is a beautiful, clean and inviting vacation home located just a 3 minute walk to the beach. Relax on the warm sunny deck and watch the eagles nest in the tall trees. Take a bike ride to the Birch Bay state park just minutes away. Build sandcastles in the sand or dig for clams; come in August and catch the delicious Dungeness crab. Build bonfires on the beach at night; so bring your marshmallows! Visit nearby Lynden and go shopping in its quaint little shops, or try your luck at the nearby Silver Reef Casino in Ferndale. Don’t forget to spend a day at the Birch Bay water slides where the "fun always shines!"
"Sunsets Over the Bay" has a fun " beachy" theme to its interior. The private master bedroom has a 1/2 bath and a slider leading to the spacious deck with its 180° view of the bay. The master is equipped with a TV in a beautiful French armoire for those quiet times after a busy day at the beach! The 2nd bedroom is very roomy and has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom, decorated in a sailboat theme, has 2 twin beds and a small TV with Nintendo for the kids! The large living room has a love seat and matching queen size sleeper sofa and a bay window to take in the beautiful "Sunsets Over the Bay". The kitchen has all the amenities you’ll need, a breakfast bar and a dining room table (which seats six).
We now offer a 2 bedroom suite downstairs that has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, laundry room, cute bathroom that has a shower only /toilet/sink, large living room with beautiful gas fireplace and large outdoor patio and gorgeous sunset views. This unit is available now and is $850 aweek / $250 anight. There are lots of dates available, do not go by dates listed on VRBO site as they are for upstairs unit.
