Holiday rentals are $150 a night and a two night stay is a must

We stayed in BearCamp (named by owner) for 7 weeks for 3 consecutive summers. The condo (located near the peak of the Echota complex) is well appointed and maintained, spacious and comfortable. The views of the Grandfather mountain range from the wooded deck are spectacular. Walking distance to the fitness center and pool area. Security is excellent. Excellent feature: location. Short drive to Sugar Mtn, Boone or Blowing Rock. Lots of restaurants in area; shopping close by; golf courses less than 30 minutes away. Highly recommend BearCamp for a short or long stay. We will miss it.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers.
