We rented from Julie for several years. Anything that needed to be fixed or replaced was never a problem for her. We could not ask for a better owner. The condo was very spacious and had a great view of the golf course. We recommend it to anyone who likes golf and outdoor activities. Also very convenient to Ft. Myers beach and Sanibel and Captiva Islands.Recommended for: Age 55+.

About the owner: Mike and I have owned in Kelly Greens since 1997, purchasing a Manor as rental property for in-season. We absolutely love Kelly Greens and love this location! With our daughters becoming teenagers, we decided to purchase a Veranda in 2007, which gives us a bit more room for the kids and their friends in our off-season visits. We feel that we go the extra mile for our renters. We keep the unit fully furnished, updated and with all the extras to make it feel like ‘home-away-from-home’. We live in Indianapolis, Indiana and always look forward to visitng Kelly Green, the golf course ... AND THE SEAFOOD!
Why the Owner Chose Kelly Greens:
We chose Kelly Greens because of LOCATION with its proximity to Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers beach, putt putt, shopping, etc.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love the convenience of being close to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. We prefer the quite Sanibel beach and renting bikes at Billy Bike Rentals.
The Florida breeze is fantastic and we often open the front and back lanai doors, getting that fresh breeze throughout the day. We have a ceramic snail named Sebastian (our kids named him) that props open the front lanai.
Don't forget to turn the white lights on in the front lanai and the lights in the wine rack for a fun evening.
