Why the Owner Chose Folly Beach
I really did not buy this house as a vacation rental, I lived in the house for six years as my primary residence. My son Scott and I renovated the house together all of the tile work is his, floors,counter tops and master bath.

The views, the views, the views. There are peeks of the ocean from the front decks, but from the back you have unabstruced views of tidal creek,marsh and in the distance THE OCEAN !!

I am a Charleston native, and have been in the real estate industry since 1983,either selling it managing it or financing it. My family came here from Ohio in the 1930's and my father built our house in North Charleston which is where I grew up. When I got married I moved to Goose Creek then to James Island and finally to Wonderful Folly Beach!!
