Waiting in your kitchen is a complementary assortment of food and beverage treats and necessities to help assure your comfort. Most recreation activities and attractions are very modestly priced and we can help with arrangements. In eight years we have never had a theft or crime of any nature, but for your peace of mind you have a safety-deposit box in which to store unneeded passports or other items for safekeeping. Despite current international trends, the U.S. dollar remains very strong and much desired here, to your obvious benefit.

Because Costa Rica is not part of the U.S. banking networks and there exists possible complications from international credit card use, we only accept payment through PayPal payment service ( a subsidiary of eBay); no checks or other forms of payment please. At the time of your reservation, a deposit of half of the rental price is due. If you need to cancel your reservation 4 weeks or more prior to your arrival, it will be gladly refunded. The second half is due 2 weeks before your arrival. If you are subsequently unable to visit, the rental fee is non-refundable since we would be unlikely to refill the vacancy on such short notice. The owners live on-site to assure your satisfaction.
