A beautiful large private studio perfectly located in the heart of Ashland. We are one short block from Lithia Park and the downtown plaza, less than five minutes from the Shakespeare Festival Theater, fine dining, and all that Ashland has to offer. Quiet, yet close to everything.

The apartment has it's own private entrance, and has been completely remodeled and updated in 2007 with all the amenities. Windows all around to take in the view, a super comfortable Queen sized bed, ceiling fan, A/C, Cable TV, cozy gas fireplace/stove, private bath with shower, even a kitchen complete with cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffemaker and more.

Laundry facilities are available at no extra charge. Everything you need to make your stay relaxing.

Private off street parking is included.

Ashland is a town for walking. Within a five minute walk from the studio one may choose from more than fifty resturants, delis, and bakeries. There are numerous specialty shops, bookstores, banks, theaters, ice cream parlors and more.   • Thank you so much for letting us share your home these last few days. It was great watching the Olympics, being so close to town, enjoying great food and enjoying your hospitality. We had lunch twice at Agave, once at dragonfly, and a dinner at Liquid Assets. All three were outstanding. The wine at LA was wonderful !... Thnaks again for a great time.
