This huge 2000 square foot, 3 bedroom plus den townhome is in one of the newest properties in Crested Butte AND is 1/2 block from the slopes. In the summer you will have a gorgeous view of Crested View Valley, and be just a few steps away from the base of the slopes. There's wifi and a gorgeous outside hot tub.
In winter, it's walk to lifts - you don't have to cross a street to get to the West Wall and Peachtree lifts.
It is one of the most beautiful rentals in Crested Butte of this size. Outside hot tub, wifi,one king bed, one queen bed, 2 single beds, one queen pull-out.
Beautifully appointed in Colorado style, with beamed ceiling- the townhome has full bus access to all of Crested Butte right in front. Balconies with incredible valley views from the 2-story windows - breathtaking!
The garage is heated, for one car, and another can park in front.
In Summer, you have incredible views down the green valley of Crested Butte, and it's an easy walk to the lifts, which you can take in the summer and mountain bike or walk down.
The kitchen is huge and well-appointed. There is a king in the master, a queen in the second room, and two twins in the third, room, plus a queen pull-out in the living room. There are 3 TVs.
There is a common hot tub that has a gorgeous view - it's outside and is beautiful.

I can't thank you enough for letting us stay in your town home. I haven't seen my parents as happy and relaxed as they were in years. It was a fantastic time! I hope to be there next year.

I stayed at this condo in July 2006 and visited the area several years before . I found this large condo to be comfortable,spacious and convenient to the activites of Crested Butte. Great view and plenty of space for a group. Crested Butte area is lovely area in summer and fun to take mountain hikes in the wildflowers. Also a good place to take day trips to southwest Colorado sights. I will be back again.
