Please come and enjoy our comfortable home with quality finishes. It features a fully stocked kitchen with beautiful chestnut hardwood floors, granite counters, maple cabinets and stainless steel appliances. There is a dining area which seats six and a sunken living room with woodburning fireplace and big screen T.V. The downstairs bathroom is a 3/4 bath with shower and granite counters. The large laundry room is right off the kitchen and has a full size washer/dryer.
It is mere steps to the free Town of Vail bus and just minutes to the ski slopes. We are approximately 1/2 mile to Cascade lift.
This is a ground level unit so you will not have to carry your skiis and gear up any steps! There are two designated parking spots for our townhome, along with additional guest parking available.
All sleeping accomodations are upstairs with two bedrooms and a private den. Each bedroom has a king bed with pillowtop mattress. The den has a bunkbed with a full bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. The full bath upstairs is recently remodeled with granite counters and limestone flooring.
The location couldn't be more convenient in West Vail, with all of your shopping needs merely 1/2 mile away. This complex has a hot tub in its own facility and features a wonderful heated pool for use in the summer months. The outdoor pool is open from May 31st through August 31st. Donovan Park and Gore Creek are walking distance from our complex. Come and enjoy all that Vail has to offer!

This house was great for us. We had 3 in our party and each had their own room. The third "room" w/ bunk beds has an open ceiling - so might be odd for a couple to stay there, but worked out ok for our needs. The bus stop is literally 2 seconds away - in Vail village w/in 15 minutes and Lionshead in about 5 minutes! So convenient! Our only issue was the fact that there were several light bulbs out around the house...hence not excellent rating. Thanks for a great ski weekend!!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, tourists without a car.
