Our family of four stayed at Aardevin recently. This is a lovely, roomy and comfortable home. The views of the Deep Cove and its marina were beautiful. After a busy day of sightseeing in Vancouver, it was the perfect place to escape the frenzy of the city and recharge for the next day’s activities. The extensive DVD collection was a pleasant and welcome surprise. There is a very nice, very close and well maintained hiking trail which leads through a beautiful forest to an outlook over the cove. We really enjoyed the coffee shop, the ice cream parlor, the waterfront, the little art gallery (got a couple of souvenirs there) and Arm’s Reach restaurant in the idyllic little burg of Deep Cove. And of course- Vancouver was awesome.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
