Built in 2006, this furnished 2 level townhouse is ideal for family get togethers or a comfortable 'rendezvous' venue for friends. The view and tranquil atmosphere are it's unique features. From the living room (with fireplace and balcony), the Master Bedroom, downstairs bonus room, and downstairs 2nd bedroom, you will awake to a gorgeous view of the mountains and forest area. Steps from the back door are the nearby hiking trails that are excellent for snow shoeing/hiking. The ski resort shuttle now stops several times an hour at Cozen's Museum at the bottom of the hill.
On the entry level (upstairs), the living room has a large 'L' shaped sectional with sleeper, and comfortable chair. The TV/DVD and fireplace are both great features of this room.
The bonus area downstairs is also an added plus. Furnished with a sleeper sofa, comfortable full-sized pillow chair, bunk beds, and a new TV/DVD, it is ideal for gathering for a movie, playing games, or cuddling up to read a good book.

Well-maintained townhome in a great location. Our two families (10 total) fit well into the space. The owner was very responsive to our needs. We had a refrigerator problem during our stay which she jumped on immediately and rectified to our satisfaction. We will definitely consider staying here again.Did you find this review helpful? We stayed at the Stotelmeyer townhome twice during the 2008-2009 ski season. Our group included two families -- 4 adults and 4 kids. We were quite comfortable in this home. There were plenty of beds, 2.5 bathrooms, and a living area of good size. The kitchen included everything we needed to prepare breakfast before skiing. The view is lovely, and there is a nice sledding hill just down the street. The location is convenient to skiing and restaurants, but removed from the hustle and bustle of Highway 40 through Winter Park and Fraser. Beautiful townhome. Plenty of room for our family of five adults. Beautiful views from both front and back yards. Very close to grocery, winter park ski area. Will stay again sometime. Great place with plenty of room and over sized garage that kept our vehicle warm. The owner was extremely flexible and service oriented - we enjoyed it so much we rented it several times last year. We just stayed at this townhouse for the second time and we look forward to returning again! It is clean, cozy and in a great location. We even got to see wildlife one morning in the backyard! A fox put on a show for us. It is a great place for a family because the kids have their own space. It is great to open the back door to access snowshoe trails. The gas fireplace makes the living room cozy, and in addition to TV, you can choose a movie or a book. Another TV in the bonus room if the kids want to see something else. This location is convenient to most of Grand County's winter wonderland.Did you find this review helpful? Nice layout - the 2 stories allowed the kids to play together downstairs and watch their own movies. Upstairs is cozy and comfortable with great walking trails.
