This delightful 1,450 square feet apartment is well suited for two couples with two bedrooms and two full baths.
Both bedrooms are furnished with a king size bed. A king size elite sofa bed is located in the living room which will sleep two additional guests.
From the beautiful hardwood floors to the fantastic full service kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, the attention to detail is something to savor.
Enjoy a glass of our local wine from your cozy spot on the balcony overlooking historic Vine Street or BBQ with your friends on the covered patio.........We'll even include the bottle of wine for you!

Rates are subject to a City of Paso Robles Transient Occupancy Tax of 10% and a $75 Cleaning Fee

* If you want to extend your mid-week stay more than 3 days, we can offer you a 20% discount on your entire stay.
* If you wish to stay longer than a month (30 days), we can waive the city tax (saving you 10%!)

- Paso Robles has over 200 wineries!!........Our property is a short drive to most area wineries and within walking distance to downtown wine tasting rooms.........Hearst Castle and Pacific Ocean Beaches are a short 45 minute drive.........Take a scenic drive up the coastline or through the wine country............Paso Robles has many antique shops, most are within easy walking distance............If you're flying into our area, the closest airport with scheduled airline service is in San Luis Obispo (SBP), 30 miles south. San Jose (SJC) and San Francisco (SFO) International Airports are 2 to 3 hours to the north. Los Angeles (LAX) International Airport is 3 hours to the south. If you're coming in your own plane, Paso Robles (PRB) has a small airport located a few miles from downtown. Our community has daily Amtrak train and Greyhound bus service. We are located 6 blocks from the railroad station and bus terminal. Local car rentals are readily available with most major agencies.

We moved to Paso Robles 30 years ago and fell in love with the area and the friendly people. While the town has grown over the years, it still retain's it's small town atmosphere.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment
We are located two blocks from the city park in the center of downtown. This puts you within easy walking distance to many very good restaurants and wine tasting rooms. Our central location is within easy driving distance to the eastside and westside wineries in the Paso Robles area.

We had 3 fantastic nights here. Upstairs on Vine is a truly classy place. We enjoyed visiting Paso Robles again after 25 years. Especially getting to check out the town and the wineries. Calcareous Winery was a most fantastic site for a gorgeous wedding!! Thanks, we will be back!

Such a wonderful place to spend a week. Your home away from home is spectacular. The town was fun, good restaurants and good people. The wineries were great! Justin, Wild Horse, Bianchi, Peachy Canyon, J Lohr. But best of all, Pomar Junction, where our host, Caroline was such a gracious and knowledgeable wine hostess! We loved it here and especially our visit at Pomar Junction Winery!
