  What a great deal on a condo in the Orlando area. We stayed 7 nights and went to Sea World (25 min drive in traffic), Disney World, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom (all 20 min with traffic). Walmart was 5 minutes away, as is Medieval Times. Easy access to a small playground and outdoor pool. The kids (5 and 8) had their own bedroom - complete with toys that my son (5) LOVED. There was a TV in their room too (bonus!). The wifi was free and worked great and it was wonderful to have a washer/dryer as well.. The condo itself is a little worn down, but in very good condition. The bed in the master bedroom squeaks when you move and it bounces a little more than I would have liked, but it was fairly comfortable. We found that one of the burners on the stove didn't work, but everything else did. We had a hiccup in that the condo was not cleaned prior to our arrival, but it was still in excellent shape and the owner was very accomodating. I would definitely recommend and if we go to Orlando again, would be looking to stay here.

  We spent 6 nights here and enjoyed every one! The condo has just about everything you would need. Our kids enjoyed their bedroom and toy closet... not to mention the TV that was in their bedroom. I am guessing this complex was built in the early 90's and is starting to show its age a bit. Not a big deal at all unless you are expecting a newer complex. We were close to everything! Walmart was about 4 minutes away. The Disney parks were about a 15 minute drive. A two hour drive to the gulf coast. We enjoyed looking out the master bedroom window throughout the day. While watching the small pond out back we saw river otters, an alligator, turtles, cranes, ducks, and hawks. I enjoyed it more than Disney's Animal Kingdom.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  All I can say is wow!!! We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the condo!!! The owners always responded quickly and friendly to any questions we had!! It was great that there was toys for kids to play with!! I highly recommend you staying at this place!!!

  This condo was conveniently located everything we wanted to do in Orlando/Kissimme. I attended a convention at The Gaylord for 3 of the days. It was less than 10 minutes away and the cost of the entire week for the condo was about what 2 nights at The Gaylord would have cost. We were 10-15 minutes from Disney where we enjoyed a day at Epcot and another day enjoying the spa at Saratoga Springs and attending La Nouba in downtown Disney. We spent another day at the Spa at The Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes (also 10-15 minutes away). My husband played golf at the nearby Falcon's Fire golf course. It was just my husband and I, but the condo is nicely set up for families with small children. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. There are two things that keep me from rating it 5 stars - 1) The living room furnature was very worn and 2) there was no Wi-Fi.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing.

  This property served its purpose for us. I wanted something that was affordable, clean and close to the parks - that's exactly what we got!

  We loved our stay the condo was very clean and comfortable and the owner could not have been a nicer person to deal with. Great place to stay on your disney trip especially if you have children. I would recommend this condo to anybody!!!!!

  We can't say enough good things about this condo. It was so comfortable and close to all the attractions!! You cannot beat the rates (and I check everywhere)!!!!   This condo is a great place to stay, especially if you have young children. It was very spacious and my children dug right in to the huge toy box. Would reccommend to friends and family. Looking forward to staying again next year.

  This was my first time to Orlando for vacation with my kids. The condo was clean and comfortable had everything you need. It was terrific for a value vacation to FL. The Super Walmart was just 3 minutes away for anything I needed. Just down the road was great restaurants for breakfast , lunch and dinner at all price ranges. The heated pool and hot tub helped us wind down from the parks which were just a few turns away once we got used to it. We were on a budget and this condo and location provided us the means to budget ourselves and have an awesome time for our money all around. The owners are very friendly and easy to work with. It was everything they said. We will be back next year.

  Our week at "The Rainbow House" as our 3 year old grandson dubbed the condo when he first saw it, was wonderful. I do quite of bit on line stuff and my wife isn't always pleased with the outcome but this time she said "you hit the jackpot on this one". The condo was perfect. Great location, great amenities (heated pool and playground) and the condo itself was neat and clean. Dave and Coleen were excellent to deal with and always just an email or phone call away.
