New construction, bright spacious, 24' living area. Directly across from 13th St. access, steps to beach, no buildings in front of you. This is the best location on that side of West Beach, free WIFI. Five total bedrooms (that includes the loft bedroom)

You share a large 21' x 38' pool with just two other townhomes.There are four large bedrooms-3 upstairs, one down and a loft style bonus bedroom in the upstairs, great place for the kids or a 5th bedroom, it has two sets of bunk beds that sleep 5. There is an LCD TV in the living room. Each TV in each room has a dvd player. Downstairs has a beautiful queen and upstairs has a master king bedroom. The two other bedrooms upstairs have queens. Also, a sofa bed in living room. Balconies overlooking the Gulf. Watch you kids on the pool from your balcony overlooking the Gulf. Back bedrooms have balconies and view of the Lagoon. Ceramic tile. Large hot and cold outdoor shower. Big downstairs storage area for beach gear. We provide 6 beach chairs, an umbrella and a cart in the storage area. Must be 25 years old to rent

No added departure fees, credit card fees. You will love the location--absolutely nothing between you and the beach--close enough to town (Route 59 is just two miles away) but away from all the hi-rises, a nice, low density area. You don't have to crawl between two big buildings to get to the beach. This as close to being on the beach as possible--at about 1/2 the price.

  • My wife, children, grandchildren, nieces, and I stayed here the week of Memorial Day, 2009. The photos displayed on the website do not do this property justice. We were amazed when we walked in the door. Everything was just as Mr. Carden said it was, only better. I have rented through both Real Estate Companies and owners with great success, but I must say, dealing with Mr. Carden was the easiest and most pleasant of all my experiences. At first I thought being across the street from the beach would be a negative, but I soon discovered the walk to the beach was actually shorter than the walk from most condos that are on the beach side of the road! Also,there was no long wait for an elevator. I could go on and on about the ameneties, but it is all described in the listing,only, EXPECT MORE! Thank you, Mr. Carden, for a wonderful beach vacation.   • We just returned from our week at Gulf Shores. This property is absolutely the BEST! It's nice and new. They have 4BR plus sleeper in loft and sleeper in LR. The layout is perfect for families - having your own washer and dryer is an added bonus. There is a storage area below with tons of boogies boards & we added a few of our own as well along with two beach chairs. The pool was fantastic - the kids loved that. The view of the ocean every morning and night is unbeatable. It's a quick (very quick) walk across street to beach - no hassle at all. The area is perfect - away from the packed beach near the public access at 59. There is a small shopping mart about 2 minutes from property - very easy to get anyting you might need quickly. Close enough to 59 to be at the restaurants within about 5 minutes or so. This was a very relaxing vacation at a wonderful property. We will return again and again I'm sure!!

  • We just returned from a family trip to Gulf Shores. This is a lovely unit, with upgraded appliancees & ammenities. New, clean, spacious, great location (beach access right across the street). The pool is very nice - you could sit on the balcony & watch the kids swim. Enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower was a plus. We could not have been more pleased. We highly recommend this unit and would stay again when visiting the area.
