We had a very good time, easy quick walk to the beach. Not very crowded, was away from all the high rises so there was not as much traffic. House is beautiful just like the pictures. Bob was quick to address any questions or concerns. The remote did not work and he had the house keeper bring one the next day.

Recommended for:Families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

Gulf Shores/Orange Beach is our favorite vacation destination, and this house is our favorite place to spend it. This was our third time to stay in Bob's house, and each visit has been a wonderful experience. As always, the house was very clean and everything was in good working order. Autumn is a great time to be here. The days are warm enough to enjoy the beach and the well kept pool without being too hot. A light jacket or sweatshirt is sufficient fot the evening hours. Traffic on this end of the beach is usually light during any time of year.The summer tourist crowd is gone, so shopping is less stressful, and you can walk right in to any restaurant you want! The local merchants treat you as though they are glad you are here and go out of their way to accomodate you. If you choose to eat in, the well equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meal in a pleasant atmosphere. After your day of beaching, swimming, shopping, and eating, you can depend on a good night's rest in any of the comfortable beds in this house, with the assurance you are in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Fall at the beach is something everyone should experience at least once, but any time of year in Bob's house is guaranteed to be memorable!

We had 12 family members ranging from 1-53 years old stay in this house for my 30th birthday. This house was very open and spacious. The house was very clean. The pool was great! It was spacious and there were pool toys and beach supplies in the storage room. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this house is. It is away from the busy section of the beach but close enough to enjoy all of the tourist stops. We hope to make this a yearly tradition.

Perfect house, perfect vacation! My whole family was able to share this special vacation. We have always stayed in a condo but are now spoiled. The house, pool and location was more than we expected. Almost all attractions are in Gulf Shores, so the location made it convenient to take advantage of them. There were no problems with the beaches or the water, and we took advantage of all of it. We could relax, have fun and spend lots of time together. Having the pool right out the back door was pretty incredible and so convenient. Everyone should go on a dolphin cruise! Thanks for sharing your beach house.

My visitors from germany and my family stayed at Golf Shores for a week in May the beach is great the view is exellent the house is big , very clean and overall in exellent condition enough room for us seven adults, we had a great time super weather we will stay here again.Tim Jones

We had the pleasure of stayig in on the beach for a solid week. The place was great and not a drop of oil in the water or on the beach. So glad we did not listen to all the news reports. The weather was perfect, the pool was amazing and the townhouse was perfect. We had everything we needed and more. Great layout and I will be telling all my friends about this wonderful rental. Location is great. What else can I say...we will be back!! 100% satisfied. We eat at LuLu's and really enjoyed the parasailing. The home was exactly what was described and more.Thank you.

My kids and I took our spring break at this property and was very please with it. It's just a short walk to the beach and drive to any place you wanted to go. But away from all the traffic that made it really nice. The condo itself was excellent very nice on the inside and the cleaning crew came by after we arrived just to just and make sure everything was good. The place was very roomie everyone had their own room and bath which was very nice. We all had a very pleasurable time and will be renting this one again.

My wife, children, grandchildren, nieces, and I stayed here the week of Memorial Day, 2009. The photos displayed on the website do not do this property justice. We were amazed when we walked in the door. Everything was just as Mr. Carden said it was, only better. I have rented through both Real Estate Companies and owners with great success, but I must say, dealing with Mr. Carden was the easiest and most pleasant of all my experiences. At first I thought being across the street from the beach would be a negative, but I soon discovered the walk to the beach was actually shorter than the walk from most condos that are on the beach side of the road! Also,there was no long wait for an elevator. I could go on and on about the ameneties, but it is all described in the listing,only, EXPECT MORE! Thank you, Mr. Carden, for a wonderful beach vacation. We just returned from our week at Gulf Shores. This property is absolutely the BEST! It's nice and new. They have 4BR plus sleeper in loft and sleeper in LR. The layout is perfect for families - having your own washer and dryer is an added bonus. There is a storage area below with tons of boogies boards & we added a few of our own as well along with two beach chairs. The pool was fantastic - the kids loved that. The view of the ocean every morning and night is unbeatable. It's a quick (very quick) walk across street to beach - no hassle at all. The area is perfect - away from the packed beach near the public access at 59. There is a small shopping mart about 2 minutes from property - very easy to get anyting you might need quickly. Close enough to 59 to be at the restaurants within about 5 minutes or so. This was a very relaxing vacation at a wonderful property. We will return again and again I'm sure!!

We just returned from a family trip to Gulf Shores. This is a lovely unit, with upgraded appliancees & ammenities. New, clean, spacious, great location (beach access right across the street). The pool is very nice - you could sit on the balcony & watch the kids swim. Enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower was a plus. We could not have been more pleased. We highly recommend this unit and would stay again when visiting the area.
