Welcome to our beautiful townhome. It is conveniently located, right in front of Ripley Light Marina. It is a wonderful way to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets of Charleston and everything in between!

Our townhome is close to historic Charleston, filled with wonderful restaurants, shopping, museums, theater, and more. It is also close to area beaches, including Folly Beach and Fishing Pier, Sullivan's Island, and Isle of Palms.
The views are amazing from each level which has its own balcony to enjoy. The townhome features a master bedroom with king bed, hardwood floors, and attached bath with jetted tub and separate shower, and adjoining balcony. The second and third bedrooms feature queen beds with adjoining full baths.
There is a wonderful open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, including Corian countertops and hardwood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a bar area that seats four or more. The dining area also seats four or more. Enjoy the luxury leather sofa and chair in the living area with balcony. There is a sleeping loft as well with an adjoining balcony.

Accurate listing. Tough to find a better deal for the price if you only want to stay for a few nights as opposed to a week (most places I found just did weekly rentals during summer). Short 10-15 min cab ride/drive from downtown. Sleeps 6 comfortably with air mattress in loft. Plenty of showers as well.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

The property was in a great location. Easy to access all areas around Charleston. The amenities and layout of the property was good. Very clean and maintained. The owner was very quick to respond to questions. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

The town home had recently been cleaned and was in pristine condition when we arrived. The layout was perfect as the three private bedrooms with bath allowed everyone to follow their own schedule, without disrupting others. Access to downtown was a 5-10 minute ride, and allowed us to enjoy the restaurants with minimal travel. The family room was great for all to gather and play games or watch TV. Overall a great experience, and I would recommend for anyone looking for comfort and proximity to downtown Charleston!

We had a great stay at this town home. It is very large, with large bedroom, bathrooms and closets. The owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had about things to do, and about the townhouse in general. It was very clean when we came, and we felt like the the "clean up" process was extremely easy which was great! LOCATION is the BEST thing about this townhouse. One bridge away from downtown. The layout was fine for us, however someone with older travelers, or very young travelers may not feel the same. To get to the kitchen/main living area, you have to walk up 2 large sets of stairs. Again, no problem for us, but keep in mind if you are bringing the grandparents! We had an awesome stay, and would recommend this place to a friend!

Great location on the Ashley River literally 5 minutes from downtown. Garage parking for two vehicles. Well appointed and comfortable. Would be great for three couples with private bath for each bedroom. Can take two more in upstairs loft....good option for kids. Easy access to I-26, Hwy 62 and Hwy 17. If you have a boat, the marina location makes this go from great to exceptional. Owner was very helpful in all respects. Coded entry made it easy to avoid keeping up with keys. Highly recommended. Having California Dreaming restaurant within walking distance along marina front was very nice. ONE WARNING--TOO MANY STAIRS FOR DISABLED FOLKS

Loved the townhouse!!! Very nice and spacious (slept 6 plus two young'uns easily without using loft). Everything from the beds to bathrooms to kitchen are top notch. And the location is very convenient to anywhere downtown, West Ashley, Folly Beach, I 26....and California Dreaming (one of my wife's favorite restaurants). The view of the marina is very nice too... sets the tone for the stay. And wi-fi. I've lived in Charleston and visited (stayed just about everywhere).. perfect location for first timers or return visitors. Would definitely stay there again, as would others in our party.
