This is a great place to stay. The location could not have been better.....restaurants galore. The nearest transit station in only an 8-10 minute walk away. The condo is spacious, super clean and comes with everything you need. Very convenient laundry room too. Much better than being cooped up in a hotel room. We were four sisters and we had plenty of room. It was very quiet at night and the neighbors are friendly. We took a taxi from the airport and it took less than ten minutes and the fare was very reasonable, less than $5 apiece. We highly recommend this place.

We stayed for four nights during a business trip and were very happy. The unit itself is great, clean and well-appointed. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and dining ware, and we appreciated that there were ice cubes in the freezer. Couch was comfy. The downstairs bedrooms were both comfortable, and the full bath downstairs was a real pleasure. I have never seen a fancier bathtub in my life. This is an enormous whirlpool tub (with shower as well), that also features a steam shower. Very relaxing after a long day. We also loved the area. The unit was convenient to shops and restaurants. We would not recommend Al Dente, but can highly recommend Mamma Maria for nearby dining. I would happily stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely and very clean apartment. It is just as pictured in the photos. The North End is a great location (tons of restaurants and the owners have left a long list of their recommendations to peruse), short walk to the subway (although it took us a half hour to get to the Museum of Fine Art from here on the subway, this is not New York and the subway is slow here). A few details: Our bedroom was the larger of the two and it never cooled off. Two ducts into that room kept it toasty all night long which wasn't great for us. The shower is incredible BUT you'll have water all over the floor if you aren't careful as one of the "heads" sprays right through the small gap for the door. Best just not to use that one and enjoy the fabulous shower. It would also be great if there were towel racks in each of the bedrooms (the standing variety). There are a couple of hooks in the bathroom but we had three people and that left us one hook short. All that said, we were so glad we were in this sunny, lovely apartment and the price was really reasonable.

We spent 3 nights & were very happy with the property. It is exactly as seen in the photos. We were two couples & had plenty of room & privacy. The street is quiet, restaurants are just blocks away, the T is close by, and, if you do have a car there is a large garage around the corner for easy parking. Our only complaint was the size of the coffee pot. It needs to be bigger for more than two people. All in all this was a great rental & if we get back to Boston would rent it again.

I would thoroughly recommend this property. It was exactly as described in the listing. Well maintained and spotlessly clean, close to transport, and of course the delightful restaraunts and cafes in the Little Italy area. It even had umbrellas for the couple of rainy days that we had. Found a 24 hour bakery just around the corner that kept supplied with delighful cakes and baked goodies. It was great to come home to such comfort after walking all day discovering the city of Boston. Would definitely recommend it to anyone contemplating staying in Boston.

My family of 5 stayed in this beautiful condo for 4 nights and were very comfortable. What you see in the photos is pretty much what you get. The property was very clean and the process was very easy. I would absolutely recommend this rental to friends in the future. We only have two comments that may be heplful for future tenants. First of all, the washer and dryer that are available on the lower level worked very well and we had no problem accessing them. Just be sure to bring quarters because each machine costs 4 quarters per load. Reasonable, yes, but would have been helpful to know this in advance. Our second comment is that while the condo is located in the North End, it is at the northern most point and the nearest coffee shop/breakfast restaurant is about 4 to 5 blocks away. I anticipated being able to walk around the corner to get coffee every morning but it was more like a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest restaurant. That being said, we found Theo's Cozy Corner restaurant to have amazing food, coffee and service every morning. When we finally found it after our second day, it became our morning ritual. Plus, they serve breakfast all day which was a bonus for our family.

This was the perfect condo for our Girls' Getaway. We enjoyed a 3 nights stay celebrating my mom's 70th Birthday along with her best friend of over 50 years, her daughter and me. The four of us enjoyed our stay in this perfectly situated condo. The size (1,050 sq') was just right with a kitchen, living room, 1.5 baths and 2 bedrooms. It is obvious the owners takes great pride in their home - the furnishings and amenities are all higher quality. (Tom helped us out when we had difficulty navigating the DVD player. Thanks, Tom!!) We stocked up at a nearby market so we could make our own breakfasts and snacks. (There's a Whole Foods Market that's much closer than the grocery store recommended on the print out provided by the owners.) Busy Hanover street is only a couple blocks away - close enough to walk to but far enough to be considered a quiet neighborhood. The only criticisms are that neither bedroom has a private bath and are located downstairs with no windows that open - so they are quite dark. The "master" room has a double bed with no room on either side to get in and out so you crawl up/down to get in and out of bed thereby disturbing the other occupant. Other than that - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo to others who want to stay in the NorthEnd in Boston. Oh yeah...the T is within walking distance - it's very convenient. It was perfect!!

We just recently came back from our vacation and the condo in Boston was perfect for our needs. It was nicely decorated, fully stocked and in a great location! There are 4 in our group and it was so nice to be able to have a little space. Fabulous food, tourist sights and subway were within easy walking distance. Great time had by all!!!

I agree with all the other reviews, the condo was clean, comfotable and great location. There were 5 of us and totally loved the place. Only negatives are what other mentioned, need a larger coffe maker and more towels. Even using the towels twice and some of us bringing our own, we ran out the last day, only there for 3 days. Other than that, would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the North End.
Owner response:We're so glad you enjoyed your stay! We apologize that there were not enough towels. We have since purchased more so there should be plenty for future guests!

We had an excellent time in Boston, due in no small part, to the beautiful condo and it's location. We are sure it was the absolute best location in the city. We took a walking food tour of the North End our first day there, which was great, because we learned where to go back for rest of the week. Great pizza right around the corner at Regina's. We recommend shopping for dinner one night at Monica's. They make their own pasta and sauces. Yum. Our only complaint with the condo is that the coffee maker is too small, there wasn't enough toilet paper provided and there aren't enough towel racks. Otherwise it had everything we needed and slept all six of us comfortably. Easy access to everything and we used the subway quite often to get all over the city. Fun trip for six teachers from Washington State!

We rented here for Thanksgiving Week, a place to house relatives from out of town and a place where we could all join in cooking and enjoying the day. With some ingenuity - we brought our own large portable table - we had dinner for 8. It was very good. Couple that with the restaurants and shops of he North End it was really great. The only drawback was that parking at the nearby garages caught us in special events, i.e., the Bruins or the Celtics. On those days evening parking was expensive. Other than that we would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed at this location for our recent trip to Boston and we were absolutely amazed at the quaint neighborhood we were staying in! The location is the best you will find in the North End. We walked to Hanover street for dinner every night, walked to the TD Garden for a Celtics game (2 blocks) and the parking garage is located right around the corner. Its 28$ a day but well worth it. It was an awesome experience and we will definitely be back when we visit Boston again. The condo is clean, well maintained and just the right size. We were all very comfortable. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!

We spent a few days here for a mother/daughter trip and had a wonderful time. Us daughters are in our 40s and our moms are in their 70s. It was nice to arrive at a clean place that felt like a home away from home. We went out early each morning to get coffee at Boston Common Coffee and then to Bova Bakery for pastries. We explored Boston sights during the day and ate at three excellent Italian places for dinner in the neighborhood ~ Al Dente, La Famiglia Giorgio, and Mother Anna's. Delicious! It's great that everything is so close and easy to walk to. The neighborhood also felt very safe and comfortable, even when we were walking late at night. One suggestion that I noticed somebody else had was to put a railing in at the stairs as you enter the condo. One of our moms had difficulty navigating the stairs without a rail there. I also agree about the bedding. The twin beds had well-used flannel sheets on them and flat pillows. There were also no bedskirts, so you could see the boxspring. The queen bedspread looked well-worn too. A couple of the lights were missing lightbulbs and there were no spare bulbs in the utility closet where they said they would be. Overall, though, it was a terrific place and we enjoyed our time there. It's hard to find short term rentals that have room for four, so we're happy we found this place!
Owner response:We're glad you enjoyed your stay! We just received the new bed linens for the unit and apologize for any missing lightbulbs. We will do more frequent checks of the light fixtures and will make sure there is a stock of new lightbulbs in the utility closet. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Thank you for your feedback and we hope we can accommodate you again the next time you visit Boston!

Great location. We were within walking distance to just about everything we wanted to see or do. Really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. Great Italian food (pizza, pasta, delis). We have two suggestions: 1) installing a rail along the stairway for safety and 2) upgrade the bedroom linens. The kitchen and bathrooms are so nice and modern that we were disappointed to see the condition of the linens. Big fluffy pillows and down conforters would be oh so nice. We would recommend the property.
Owner response:Thank you for your feedback! New bed linens are on order. We agree that a handrail should be installed and will do so as soon as possible. We're glad you enjoyed your stay overall and hope we can welcome you back the next time you visit Boston.

We are an English couple with an elderly relative and came to Boston for our son's marriage to an American girl which in itself was wonderful. We had a great time in Boston for a week and loved the apartment. It was very well appointed and clean and just like the photos we saw on the website. The bedrooms were big and the bed comfortable. We were there from 20 September for a week and Boston was having an Indian summer (late summer). The temperatures were in the 80s with high humidity so the air conditioning was bliss! The apartment was great, although we didn't use the kitchen much with all the lovely restaurants just round the corner on Hanover Street where we ate twice in different restaurants, both of which had great food. Our 83year old aunt coped with the stairs but would have preferred a handrail whereas we scampered up and down with no problem. We left her to watch the baseball on the large television whilst we experienced the real thing at Fenway! She also enjoyed the pizza slices from Bakery Maria which was just round the corner and had many tempting cakes which we managed to resist. The walk to the centre of town was easy but as our aunt was not up to it all the time, we sometimes took the T which was close by. The 'Charlie' tickets were good value and the trains an experience! All in all, we had a lovely apartment in a great part of Boston with easy access to the centre - Boston is a lovely city and as my son and his (now) wife will be living there we will be back. I would definitely recommend this property to people who were coming to Boston with family as the facilities were large enough to cope with bigger groups than us.

There were 5 of us at the condo. The 2 airbeds allowed everyone to have their own bed and they were as comfortable as the regular beds. I was surprised at how quiet it was at night. Little Italy has a life of it's own and we enjoyed the restaurants, bakeries, ice cream and as a bonus, there was a festival when we were there. The condo was spacious enough to accommodate all of us. The kids especially enjoyed the steam maker in the shower. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Wow! The apartment was lovely and the location was truly a highlight of our trip. We loved all the pastry and coffee shops, gelato, and Italian restaurants -- all just a few minutes away by foot. We enjoyed the whole week without a car, with ten minute walks to Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, Boston Harbor, and the subway to get everywhere else we wanted to go. We like to walk and were able to walk off all of the delicious food by walking the Freedom Trail, walking to the Boston Commons and Public Gardens, Beacon Hill, etc. We had five people in the apt. and were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. The owners promptly took care of a couple of minor repairs that needed to be made. We had a particularly memorable dinner at Dolce Vita, where an accordion player provided lively entertainment at our table. We also frequented Caffe Little Italy, a little coffee shop across from North Church, for breakfast and afternoon coffee. Suggestions: a larger coffee maker and some baking pans -- cookie sheets.

We absolutely loved stayed in Little Italy while visiting Boston. The house had everything that we hoped it would -- Ambiance, comfort, location, location, location! The location is fantastic! Close to lots of excellent restaurants, bakeries, shops, and parks. Due to almost everything being within walking distance we didn't need our car while we were there, and even then the lot was close. Only a two minute walk, making our first day unloading and our last day loading really easy. For those activities that weren't close, we bought the multi-day trolley pass and the stop was also very close. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood charming. The local groceries made it easy for us to stock the refrigerator with the essentials and the many restaurants made cooking unnecessary! The bakeries were superb and the pizza divine. We will definitely stay there the next time we travel to Boston!

Great location within walking distance of all North End attractions and the subway line. The condo was all it was advertised to be. Great restaurants in Little Italy. Great base location for all of Boston. Easy subway ride to Fenway. Our party had 3 adults and 2 teens. There was plenty of room for all. We would definitely stay there again. Small convenience stores were close by, but it is a good walk to a grocery store.

We were pleasantly surprised with this apartment in the North End of Boston for many reasons: It's a very nice and comfortable place, clean, with a nice kitchen and plenty of room for our family. It was a great place to relax and cool off since it was hot. The location is great, walking distance to many historic sights, shopping, restaurants, the subway, etc. Being close to little Italy with it's many great restaurants was such a bonus. We had a great time. One improvement I would make is the bedding on the queen bed. Other than that, we would pick the same place again in a second. It might also be handy to post the address near the door outside. Thanks for sharing this place.

The appartment was ideal for our needs - centrally located, clean and the spa/ shower was amazing. The restaurants in the north end was great and Pizza Regina was just around the corner -fantastic pizza.I would highly recommend this property - we had our 3 young daughters with us ages 7,9 and 11 and felt very safe.

The aprtment was great. Clean, well equipped and the location excellent. Great for little ones as there is a small park behind the apartment which was lovely for our 3 and 4 year old to run about in. Only, very minor suggestions are - new bedding woul be nice nice, the sheets and quiltit felt tired and not fresh and not up to the standard of everything else in the flat. The plug didn't work in the bath, we improvised, but had specifically chosen somewhere with a bath for our young children. These minor problems would not put me off booking again as it was su ch a nice flat in such a nice location.

Visiting Boston and this fabulous apartment was a unique treat. I found the condo extremely clean and nicely decorated. The location was great -- ideal for our two teens, who loved hanging out at Quincy Market. We were thankful for the full kitchen and extra half bath. Everything was within walking distance and food was excellent. The residents of Little Italy area were extremely friendly and helpful. I was impressed having lived all over the U.S. and overseas. My family and I stayed here for a week last summer and I cannot say enough about the location and facilities. We were so thrilled to spend time in such a dynamic area of Boston, with wonderful restaurants, seasonal festivals, and easy access to public transportation. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained, with all equipment provided to cook meals when we could restrain ourselves from hitting the nearby restaurants! It was the perfect place for my family and a great price considering the size of the apartment and the extras like WIFI. We plan to return at the same time next year! Mary

A very nice place to stay and sight see the Boston North End and downtown area. We had never been in the Boston area before and this was a good place to base out of for sure. It was clean and well equiped for all our needs. Having a laundry in the property was very handy also. We walked and moved around the area day and night with no fear or concern for our well being. Close to the Haymarket T station for getting to the places to far to walk. We rode the T to Fenway and Harvard and had no issues what so ever. You can walk to most everything you want to see on the Freedom Trail. Easy to Boston Commons, the harbor, and the downtown shopping area. If you like Italian food you are in walking distance to a couple of hundred great places to stuff your self. burp This is a very short ride to the airport which is handy also. The only issue we had was the jetted tub would not work because there was no way to keep it from draining. The note said use the blak rubber plug, but it was no where to be found. The only large food market is quiet a hike, but can be done. There are several nice smaller markets in the area that have great stuff and will wreck your plan to not gain any extra pounds while on vacation. You are in easy walking distance to the Long Wharf where most of the trolley and bus tours pick-up also. We were pleased and happy. A good value.
