Four adults stayed in the apartment for four nights -- we were in town for a college graduation at TD Garden. The apartment was in an absolutely perfect location! It was a five minute walk to TD Garden and less than 10 minutes to get to the Fanueil Hall area. Although we did not use the extensive restaurant list provided, there was no shortage of fabulous food in the immediate area. The apartment itself was just perfect. The couch in the living room was quite comfy, as were the beds downstairs. The main bath is beautiful (although I do have to say that it was hard for short people to get in and out of the huge soaking tub/amazing shower!). Thank you for a WONDERFUL stay! I hope to have the chance to stay again soon!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed four nights a family of four. The apartment is in an excellent location , few minutes walking distance to everything. We booked through VRBO very easy, we had a problem with one of the fixtures which was resolved immediately and efficiently. The property is in need of decorations and upgrading, if and when it's done it will be a luxury accommodation. If we ever go visiting Boston will definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Our family went to Boston for Spring Break and had a fabulous time. The apartment was perfect. There were 5 of us - 2 adults and 3 children and it really suited all our needs. We cooked at home one of the nights and also went out to nearby restaurants. We parked our car at a nearby garage and walked or took public transport/taxi to tourist attractions. The North End area is just fabulous - full of character. I would thoroughly recommend the apartment.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

The appartment was nice and quiet, especialy the bedrooms. It was really clean. We travel a lot, esp in Europe and it was by far the cleanest out of all. It was spacious too. The one recommendation is to get some frying pans and silverware as I had to improvise to make things work. In general, everything was good.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
Owner response: We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay. We just wanted to follow up and let you know that there are now plenty of frying pans, flatware and dishes. In a vacation rental like this, we are constantly replacing these items and always try to have a minimum of eight sets of dishes, glasses, mugs and flatware. (The maximum number of guests is six.) There is also a dishwasher in this unit.

My family of 4 which included 2 young adults stayed here for 2 wonderful weeks in November/ December. The location is wonderful. The apartment is fantastic. Everything was as described. We could not have found a better place to stay. One problem we had in the bathroom was attended to promptly and efficiently. As the chief cook in the family I would have appreciated a frying pan and my husband a corkscrew for the wine he purchased! But otherwise we had everything we needed. Wifi connection was also great.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Our family of five stayed at this property while visiting our daughter, who is a freshman at Northeastern. The property suited our needs very well. The location was good--a bit away from the bustle of Hanover Street and the busiest part of the North End but within easy walking distance. We bought fresh bread every morning for breakfast, and left the apartment stocked better than we found it with a few basic baking supplies (my daughter wanted homemade cookes). It was also an easy walk to the Haymarket station; we used the T to get all over the city. My one criticism is regarding the kitchen--while there were adequate dishes and glasses, there would not have been enough silverware or serving dishes to serve a meal, and there were no baking dishes (we covered the broiler with tin foil to bake the cookies). The convenience store on the corner was okay, but a small grocery called "Go Bananas" a couple of blocks away on Salem St. had absolutely everything.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Our family loved staying at this little gem & would go back again if we ever get the chance to visit Boston again. The place was exactly as advertised, very clean yet comfortable enough to allow you to relax with small children. We enjoyed being walking distance to lots of attractions and the surrounding neighbourhood is just thriving with great food and atmosphere. The owner has provided everything you need & we had no problems with accessing WiFi, cable, oven/dishwasher etc. A great find.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Little Italy North End Retreat is just that! We were so happy with the location of this condo. We loved walking the narrow streets of Boston's historic North End. Our very first morning, we got on the Freedom Trail and just kept going - Boston is a walker's dream! Coming "home" the first couple of nights we noticed that Regina's Pizzeria (just a couple blocks away) had lines out the door each night. We weren't really planning on pizza but the aroma and crowds peaked our interest. The best thing was that we could order take-out and didn't have to wait in line but after having it, understand why people are willing to wait! There are so many great places to eat nearby - would highly recommend The Daily Catch - not fancy, it's like eating in the kitchen but the food is fabulous -cash only. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed - we loved coming back at night, opening a bottle of wine we purchased at one of the stores in the neighborhood, to relax and plan our next day. It is perfect for 4 with the 2 bedrooms; we were actually 5 women and made use of the air-mattress and had plenty of space for all of us. The 5 of us have taken a number of trips together and we all felt that this was the perfect choice.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We had a wonderful stay. Two couples. Loved the location. A easy quick taxi ride from the airport. Convenient to subway, Freedom walk, wonderful restaurants. Our favorites were Regina Pizza and Massiminos....both within a block of the apartment. Beds were comfortable, large full bath and great having the 1/2 bath upstairs. Would recommend and stay again.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay in Boston, due in good part to our Boston "home". We enjoyed transferring from Logan by water taxi as suggested by the owner..our captain was fun and informative. Great way to start our first trip to Boston. We stayed a week and were busy the entire time.....sometimes just busy relaxing! Arrived following the easy directions included in our info from the owners. Found the condo to be exactly as pictured and so very incredibly clean, as most of Boston seemed. Well supplied and ready for us to enjoy. From there, we realized we were right in the middle of the "best" of Boston. The condo is so well located: Walking distance to most everything. Best food in all of Boston! Regina's Pizzeria, Legal Seafood, Giacomo's. Durty Nelly's was our favorite bar to relax at! All just a few steps from our front door. Found the "T" $18 Charlie Card to be the best deal, with unlimited rides for the entire week. The trains themselves were exceptionally clean and comfortable to use. We didn't have a rental car (we were told that there are twice as many cars in Boston as parking spaces, as well as "intense" drivers) and we never needed a cab. Feet/trains/tour buses. We felt the Upper Deck Bus Tour to be the best value for the money. We saw all the sites, ate way too much excellent food and drank our share of spirits. Such a great vacation! It was very quiet and we all slept well. Sure, more towel racks wouldn't hurt, but no big deal. Thanks so much for having such a wonderful place available for our use. I have given the link to "Little Italy" to everyone!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We visited for a long weekend and enjoyed having the extra space that the apartment offered. Like other visitors commented, the twin beds were especially hard and the queen was a bit of a "taco bed" when 2 people were in it. The apartment was clean, spacious and just what we needed. The location was great and a short walk to many attractions. We will definitely think about staying again on our next Boston trip.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Our family of five stayed here 4 nights. We loved the location because we were close to many attractions and, of course, Little Italy. The apartment was lovely and accommodations were good, but a few areas could be improved. The air mattress did not hold air, so our 14 year old daughter did not have a comfortable sleeping arrangement. The door on the closet in the king bedroom (or two twins) was broken when we arrived. We alerted property management so this should be repaired. Also, Queen bed uncomfortable because mattress sags in center. Unit could also use a few more towel racks, as it was challenging for five of us to find places to hang our towels. Overall, we had a great time in Boston! We would stay here again, but best for 4 people or less due to current sleeping arrangements.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We were four teachers on a getaway trip from Florida, and could have not asked for better accommodations, or, especially, location. The unit was bright, clean, and welcoming. The master bathroom was a special treat, complete with steam unit in tub! I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering a visit to Boston. My only recommendation would be to possibly equip the unit with wifi, as the available Internet would not work with my iPad.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our stay was great. Location perfect for most attractions in Boston. Apartment was clean & spacious. One recommendation...the mattress in the king room is awful. It would behoove the owners to replace that. We return o Boston every year from. Australia and would consider staying in the unit again if they changed the mattress, but definitely won't stay there with the current one.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We loved staying at this place. We stay for a long weekend with another couple. I would book this apartment again. The location was great. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The place looked newly remoleded/renovated. It was great having a kitchen to heat up leftovers and make breakfast. It was also great having an addition half bath. The only down side was the beds were really really hard. Other than that it was a perfect place!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We are a family of 5 with 3 children ages 11, 14, and 16 and stayed at this condo for 3 nights. Recently renovated, this condo was very clean and in a great location. We very much appreciated the extra space and proximity to sites (walking distance). Street-parking is for resident permit-holders only so we had to locate a garage. Finding groceries was a bit challenging too (unless we took the car out of the parking garage). Like other commenters, the downstairs bedrooms were rather dark and the configuration of the double bed room made for difficult maneuvering in and out! Also the phone for local calls did not appear to be plugged in and couldn't find the wiring. The pizza at Regina Pizza around the corner was the best we'd ever had. In fact, if the quality of the neighbourhood's restaurants could be judged from the line-ups outside, I imagine that all the North End Italian restaurants are all wonderful! We rented bikes from Urban Adventures (also walking distance) and biked up the Charles to Harvard and back. Lovely stay.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This is a great place to stay. The location could not have been better.....restaurants galore. The nearest transit station in only an 8-10 minute walk away. The condo is spacious, super clean and comes with everything you need. Very convenient laundry room too. Much better than being cooped up in a hotel room. We were four sisters and we had plenty of room. It was very quiet at night and the neighbors are friendly. We took a taxi from the airport and it took less than ten minutes and the fare was very reasonable, less than $5 apiece. We highly recommend this place.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We stayed for four nights during a business trip and were very happy. The unit itself is great, clean and well-appointed. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and dining ware, and we appreciated that there were ice cubes in the freezer. Couch was comfy. The downstairs bedrooms were both comfortable, and the full bath downstairs was a real pleasure. I have never seen a fancier bathtub in my life. This is an enormous whirlpool tub (with shower as well), that also features a steam shower. Very relaxing after a long day. We also loved the area. The unit was convenient to shops and restaurants. We would not recommend Al Dente, but can highly recommend Mamma Maria for nearby dining. I would happily stay again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely and very clean apartment. It is just as pictured in the photos. The North End is a great location (tons of restaurants and the owners have left a long list of their recommendations to peruse), short walk to the subway (although it took us a half hour to get to the Museum of Fine Art from here on the subway, this is not New York and the subway is slow here). A few details: Our bedroom was the larger of the two and it never cooled off. Two ducts into that room kept it toasty all night long which wasn't great for us. The shower is incredible BUT you'll have water all over the floor if you aren't careful as one of the "heads" sprays right through the small gap for the door. Best just not to use that one and enjoy the fabulous shower. It would also be great if there were towel racks in each of the bedrooms (the standing variety). There are a couple of hooks in the bathroom but we had three people and that left us one hook short. All that said, we were so glad we were in this sunny, lovely apartment and the price was really reasonable.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We spent 3 nights & were very happy with the property. It is exactly as seen in the photos. We were two couples & had plenty of room & privacy. The street is quiet, restaurants are just blocks away, the T is close by, and, if you do have a car there is a large garage around the corner for easy parking. Our only complaint was the size of the coffee pot. It needs to be bigger for more than two people. All in all this was a great rental & if we get back to Boston would rent it again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

I would thoroughly recommend this property. It was exactly as described in the listing. Well maintained and spotlessly clean, close to transport, and of course the delightful restaraunts and cafes in the Little Italy area. It even had umbrellas for the couple of rainy days that we had. Found a 24 hour bakery just around the corner that kept supplied with delighful cakes and baked goodies. It was great to come home to such comfort after walking all day discovering the city of Boston. Would definitely recommend it to anyone contemplating staying in Boston.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My family of 5 stayed in this beautiful condo for 4 nights and were very comfortable. What you see in the photos is pretty much what you get. The property was very clean and the process was very easy. I would absolutely recommend this rental to friends in the future. We only have two comments that may be heplful for future tenants. First of all, the washer and dryer that are available on the lower level worked very well and we had no problem accessing them. Just be sure to bring quarters because each machine costs 4 quarters per load. Reasonable, yes, but would have been helpful to know this in advance. Our second comment is that while the condo is located in the North End, it is at the northern most point and the nearest coffee shop/breakfast restaurant is about 4 to 5 blocks away. I anticipated being able to walk around the corner to get coffee every morning but it was more like a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest restaurant. That being said, we found Theo's Cozy Corner restaurant to have amazing food, coffee and service every morning. When we finally found it after our second day, it became our morning ritual. Plus, they serve breakfast all day which was a bonus for our family.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This was the perfect condo for our Girls' Getaway. We enjoyed a 3 nights stay celebrating my mom's 70th Birthday along with her best friend of over 50 years, her daughter and me. The four of us enjoyed our stay in this perfectly situated condo. The size (1,050 sq') was just right with a kitchen, living room, 1.5 baths and 2 bedrooms. It is obvious the owners takes great pride in their home - the furnishings and amenities are all higher quality. (Tom helped us out when we had difficulty navigating the DVD player. Thanks, Tom!!) We stocked up at a nearby market so we could make our own breakfasts and snacks. (There's a Whole Foods Market that's much closer than the grocery store recommended on the print out provided by the owners.) Busy Hanover street is only a couple blocks away - close enough to walk to but far enough to be considered a quiet neighborhood. The only criticisms are that neither bedroom has a private bath and are located downstairs with no windows that open - so they are quite dark. The "master" room has a double bed with no room on either side to get in and out so you crawl up/down to get in and out of bed thereby disturbing the other occupant. Other than that - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo to others who want to stay in the NorthEnd in Boston. Oh yeah...the T is within walking distance - it's very convenient. It was perfect!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I agree with all the other reviews, the condo was clean, comfotable and great location. There were 5 of us and totally loved the place. Only negatives are what other mentioned, need a larger coffe maker and more towels. Even using the towels twice and some of us bringing our own, we ran out the last day, only there for 3 days. Other than that, would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the North End.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We had an excellent time in Boston, due in no small part, to the beautiful condo and it's location. We are sure it was the absolute best location in the city. We took a walking food tour of the North End our first day there, which was great, because we learned where to go back for rest of the week. Great pizza right around the corner at Regina's. We recommend shopping for dinner one night at Monica's. They make their own pasta and sauces. Yum. Our only complaint with the condo is that the coffee maker is too small, there wasn't enough toilet paper provided and there aren't enough towel racks. Otherwise it had everything we needed and slept all six of us comfortably. Easy access to everything and we used the subway quite often to get all over the city. Fun trip for six teachers from Washington State!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We rented here for Thanksgiving Week, a place to house relatives from out of town and a place where we could all join in cooking and enjoying the day. With some ingenuity - we brought our own large portable table - we had dinner for 8. It was very good. Couple that with the restaurants and shops of he North End it was really great. The only drawback was that parking at the nearby garages caught us in special events, i.e., the Bruins or the Celtics. On those days evening parking was expensive. Other than that we would not hesitate to stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed at this location for our recent trip to Boston and we were absolutely amazed at the quaint neighborhood we were staying in! The location is the best you will find in the North End. We walked to Hanover street for dinner every night, walked to the TD Garden for a Celtics game (2 blocks) and the parking garage is located right around the corner. Its 28$ a day but well worth it. It was an awesome experience and we will definitely be back when we visit Boston again. The condo is clean, well maintained and just the right size. We were all very comfortable. Excellent! We spent a few days here for a mother/daughter trip and had a wonderful time. Us daughters are in our 40s and our moms are in their 70s. It was nice to arrive at a clean place that felt like a home away from home. We went out early each morning to get coffee at Boston Common Coffee and then to Bova Bakery for pastries. We explored Boston sights during the day and ate at three excellent Italian places for dinner in the neighborhood ~ Al Dente, La Famiglia Giorgio, and Mother Anna's. Delicious! It's great that everything is so close and easy to walk to. The neighborhood also felt very safe and comfortable, even when we were walking late at night. One suggestion that I noticed somebody else had was to put a railing in at the stairs as you enter the condo. One of our moms had difficulty navigating the stairs without a rail there. I also agree about the bedding. The twin beds had well-used flannel sheets on them and flat pillows. There were also no bedskirts, so you could see the boxspring. The queen bedspread looked well-worn too. A couple of the lights were missing lightbulbs and there were no spare bulbs in the utility closet where they said they would be. Overall, though, it was a terrific place and we enjoyed our time there. It's hard to find short term rentals that have room for four, so we're happy we found this place!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
Owner response: We're glad you enjoyed your stay! We just received the new bed linens for the unit and apologize for any missing lightbulbs. We will do more frequent checks of the light fixtures and will make sure there is a stock of new lightbulbs in the utility closet. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Thank you for your feedback and we hope we can accommodate you again the next time you visit Boston!

Great location. We were within walking distance to just about everything we wanted to see or do. Really enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. Great Italian food (pizza, pasta, delis). We have two suggestions: 1) installing a rail along the stairway for safety and 2) upgrade the bedroom linens. The kitchen and bathrooms are so nice and modern that we were disappointed to see the condition of the linens. Big fluffy pillows and down conforters would be oh so nice. We would recommend the property.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you for your feedback! New bed linens are on order. We agree that a handrail should be installed and will do so as soon as possible. We're glad you enjoyed your stay overall and hope we can welcome you back the next time you visit Boston.

We are an English couple with an elderly relative and came to Boston for our son's marriage to an American girl which in itself was wonderful. We had a great time in Boston for a week and loved the apartment. It was very well appointed and clean and just like the photos we saw on the website. The bedrooms were big and the bed comfortable. We were there from 20 September for a week and Boston was having an Indian summer (late summer). The temperatures were in the 80s with high humidity so the air conditioning was bliss! The apartment was great, although we didn't use the kitchen much with all the lovely restaurants just round the corner on Hanover Street where we ate twice in different restaurants, both of which had great food. Our 83year old aunt coped with the stairs but would have preferred a handrail whereas we scampered up and down with no problem. We left her to watch the baseball on the large television whilst we experienced the real thing at Fenway! She also enjoyed the pizza slices from Bakery Maria which was just round the corner and had many tempting cakes which we managed to resist. The walk to the centre of town was easy but as our aunt was not up to it all the time, we sometimes took the T which was close by. The 'Charlie' tickets were good value and the trains an experience! All in all, we had a lovely apartment in a great part of Boston with easy access to the centre - Boston is a lovely city and as my son and his (now) wife will be living there we will be back. I would definitely recommend this property to people who were coming to Boston with family as the facilities were large enough to cope with bigger groups than us.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

A perfect location! It was only a short walk to great restaurants and early morning pastry treats. The apartment was clean, comfortable, attractive, and well maintained. It was a pleasure to stay there and we would recommend it without reservations. There were 5 of us at the condo. The 2 airbeds allowed everyone to have their own bed and they were as comfortable as the regular beds. I was surprised at how quiet it was at night. Little Italy has a life of it's own and we enjoyed the restaurants, bakeries, ice cream and as a bonus, there was a festival when we were there. The condo was spacious enough to accommodate all of us. The kids especially enjoyed the steam maker in the shower. It was a very enjoyable experience.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Wow! The apartment was lovely and the location was truly a highlight of our trip. We loved all the pastry and coffee shops, gelato, and Italian restaurants -- all just a few minutes away by foot. We enjoyed the whole week without a car, with ten minute walks to Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market, Boston Harbor, and the subway to get everywhere else we wanted to go. We like to walk and were able to walk off all of the delicious food by walking the Freedom Trail, walking to the Boston Commons and Public Gardens, Beacon Hill, etc. We had five people in the apt. and were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. The owners promptly took care of a couple of minor repairs that needed to be made. We had a particularly memorable dinner at Dolce Vita, where an accordion player provided lively entertainment at our table. We also frequented Caffe Little Italy, a little coffee shop across from North Church, for breakfast and afternoon coffee. Suggestions: a larger coffee maker and some baking pans -- cookie sheets.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

We absolutely loved stayed in Little Italy while visiting Boston. The house had everything that we hoped it would -- Ambiance, comfort, location, location, location! The location is fantastic! Close to lots of excellent restaurants, bakeries, shops, and parks. Due to almost everything being within walking distance we didn't need our car while we were there, and even then the lot was close. Only a two minute walk, making our first day unloading and our last day loading really easy. For those activities that weren't close, we bought the multi-day trolley pass and the stop was also very close. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood charming. The local groceries made it easy for us to stock the refrigerator with the essentials and the many restaurants made cooking unnecessary! The bakeries were superb and the pizza divine. We will definitely stay there the next time we travel to Boston!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great location within walking distance of all North End attractions and the subway line. The condo was all it was advertised to be. Great restaurants in Little Italy. Great base location for all of Boston. Easy subway ride to Fenway. Our party had 3 adults and 2 teens. There was plenty of room for all. We would definitely stay there again. Small convenience stores were close by, but it is a good walk to a grocery store.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We were pleasantly surprised with this apartment in the North End of Boston for many reasons: It's a very nice and comfortable place, clean, with a nice kitchen and plenty of room for our family. It was a great place to relax and cool off since it was hot. The location is great, walking distance to many historic sights, shopping, restaurants, the subway, etc. Being close to little Italy with it's many great restaurants was such a bonus. We had a great time. One improvement I would make is the bedding on the queen bed. Other than that, we would pick the same place again in a second. It might also be handy to post the address near the door outside. Thanks for sharing this place.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

This is an excellent property at an excellent location. Having lived in Boston for 1 year in 2000 and having our second child there as well we lloked forward to our stay. The appartment was ideal for our needs - centrally located, clean and the spa/ shower was amazing. The restaurants in the north end was great and Pizza Regina was just around the corner -fantastic pizza.I would highly recommend this property - we had our 3 young daughters with us ages 7,9 and 11 and felt very safe.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

The aprtment was great. Clean, well equipped and the location excellent. Great for little ones as there is a small park behind the apartment which was lovely for our 3 and 4 year old to run about in. Only, very minor suggestions are - new bedding woul be nice nice, the sheets and quiltit felt tired and not fresh and not up to the standard of everything else in the flat. The plug didn't work in the bath, we improvised, but had specifically chosen somewhere with a bath for our young children. These minor problems would not put me off booking again as it was su ch a nice flat in such a nice location.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Loved the location of this unit. It was close to transit and the Freedom Trail. The unit was clean and it comfortably housed the 4 of us on our Girls Getaway! Little Italy is loaded with great restaurants. It was extremely quiet for the amount of traffic nearby. All in all, it was a great stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Visiting Boston and this fabulous apartment was a unique treat. I found the condo extremely clean and nicely decorated. The location was great -- ideal for our two teens, who loved hanging out at Quincy Market. We were thankful for the full kitchen and extra half bath. Everything was within walking distance and food was excellent. The residents of Little Italy area were extremely friendly and helpful. I was impressed having lived all over the U.S. and overseas. Will definitely return!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family and I stayed here for a week last summer and I cannot say enough about the location and facilities. We were so thrilled to spend time in such a dynamic area of Boston, with wonderful restaurants, seasonal festivals, and easy access to public transportation. The apartment was spacious and well-maintained, with all equipment provided to cook meals when we could restrain ourselves from hitting the nearby restaurants! It was the perfect place for my family and a great price considering the size of the apartment and the extras like WIFI. We plan to return at the same time next year! A very nice place to stay and sight see the Boston North End and downtown area. We had never been in the Boston area before and this was a good place to base out of for sure. It was clean and well equiped for all our needs. Having a laundry in the property was very handy also. We walked and moved around the area day and night with no fear or concern for our well being. Close to the Haymarket T station for getting to the places to far to walk. We rode the T to Fenway and Harvard and had no issues what so ever. You can walk to most everything you want to see on the Freedom Trail. Easy to Boston Commons, the harbor, and the downtown shopping area. If you like Italian food you are in walking distance to a couple of hundred great places to stuff your self. burp This is a very short ride to the airport which is handy also. The only issue we had was the jetted tub would not work because there was no way to keep it from draining. The note said use the blak rubber plug, but it was no where to be found. The only large food market is quiet a hike, but can be done. There are several nice smaller markets in the area that have great stuff and will wreck your plan to not gain any extra pounds while on vacation. You are in easy walking distance to the Long Wharf where most of the trolley and bus tours pick-up also. We were pleased and happy. A good value.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing.
