Beautifully remodeled 7th floor unit in Tower 4 with FREE WiFi. This non-smoking condominium rental sleeps four very comfortably, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Tower 4 is the newest building at Long Beach and the only 1 bedroom units that feature separate laundry area and bathroom access from both the hall and master bedroom. This unit is recently remodely with new carpet, tile flooring, new cabinets, GRANITE countertops, flat screen TVs in Living and Bedrooms, beautiful decor and custom drapery. Amenities include child safety bedrails and an infant/toddler air mattress. The unit also features an i-Home radio system in the Master Bedroom that you may hook up to an I-POD or I-phone. A DVD/VHS player in living room and bedroom.
Both the living area and master bedroom feature a full glass wall with sliders to the balcony. The views are simply breathtaking and can enjoyed from either inside or from the expansive balcony. The dining area seats four and is separated from the kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with newer appliances, built-in microwave, dishwasher, etc. You may also enjoy your meals at the dining table on the balcony while taking in the beautiful ocean views.
The bath features a large (oversized) tub and double vanity. The unit also has a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has one wall overlooking the gulf with floor to ceiling glass and also slider access to the balcony.
Long Beach Resort features 1,300 feet of magnificent white sand beach and beautifully landscaped tropical grounds. The 6,800 square foot lagoon pool with waterfalls and palm tree island creates a true Caribbean atmosphere.
In addition, there are two heated Polynesian pools and three whirlpool spas. The “Hang Out” snack bar and grill is located at the lagoon pool. The Resort also has on site availability of jet skiing, parasailing, beach chair and umbrella rental services.

We spent our Spring Break week at this condo and we loved it! Pictures show exactly how the place is. The view is fantastic, I saw the sunset everyday, from the patio, or sofa, or bed. The city is nice and the beach is awesome also! I loved my time there. And the owner is a pleasant person. =)
