New smoke and pet free mountain home in a gated community with your own private dock nestled in the heart of the Nantahala range of the fantastic Smokey Mountains with a gorgeous view of pristine Nantahala Lake. This hideaway opens to the lake through 30 foot high panoramic windows with breathtaking views, an expansive great room with wide screen HD TV, satelite TV, and Playstation 3/Blu-Ray player, a large wood burning stove with large fire viewing window, a gourmet-equipped kitchen with a wine cellar of carefully selected vintages for your enjoyment, a loft which the kids love to claim as their own hideaway, a open deck with hot tub, barbeque grill (propane provided) on sun protected deck. There are three bedrooms with a king in the master and queen beds in the other two rooms. The loft has a full size sleep couch and a twin sleeper couch. You have your own private slip on the crystal clear lake water with adjacent picnic areas and beach. Our 21 ft pontoon boat with fish finder is available for only $500/wk--a real Bargain!!
Blessed with delightfully moderate temperatures in both winter and summer, the Hideaway offers easy access to the Appalachian trails, exhilarating Nantahala white water rafting and kayaking, canoeing, biking, geocaching, numerous spectacular water falls, incredible star gazing, great fishing and seasonal opportunities for tantalizing nature photography. The Great Smoky Mountain National Park is less than a hour away. Also within that hour's drive, Harrah’s Casino is in Cherokee.

May 15-Oct 31 .. $300/night .. $1495/week (boat available for $500 wk))
Nov 01-May 14 .. $215/night .. $1000/week (except Thanksgiving, Christmas).
Thanksgiving week & Dec 16-Jan 06 .. $250/night .. $1295/week.
Three night minimum, 10% additional for Memorial, 4th and Labor holiday weeks
$500 fully refundable security deposit. Half the rent is due 30 after reservation
Remaining payment is due in full 30 days prior to arrival date.
Final payment includes 11% taxes and $100 cleaning fee
